Staff was friendly and professional, it's a franchise take out food joint gonna be hits and misses days.

Aside from not having a drive thru, the place reeked of sadness. BUT - All the workers there seemed nice.
Used the app to order and someone else got my food and the employees were absolutely useless never going back

Only gave this location 3 stars due to the fact that i the drive thru, we asked the girl to give us a 1 minute or 2 to finalize our order. And every 30 seconds she kept asking if we were ready in a nasty tone as if she had something better else to do besides her job.Otherwise then that incident. The food is delicious. The Mac and cheese is awesome, loved the mashed potatoes and the biscuits are soft and fluffy.
Food was fresh and Hot. Speedy courteous service.
Customer service is really bad there is a big line no buddy at the counter they are walking behind the kitchen no buddy at the registered to take an order i don't want to go again on this branch of kfc.
I recommend mash potatoes and coleslaw
