Waited in the drive thru for 15 min at the speaker to than pull forward to try to get help at the window, she than said she didn’t hear the microphone go off that I should’ve “beeped or something”. I asked if I can place my order quick at the window & she said no I had to go inside very rudely while she took the person behind me order. I than went inside to speak with a manager & got no response for a minute, she than pointed at her sitting at the table eating I than walked up & told her the situation to only get laughed and and practically called a “liar” that I wasn’t waiting there for 15 minutes. I asked for her name so I can call corporate & she said no.
I did an online order on Doordash for a in store pick up but when I got there the lobby was closed so I called them because it was my first time doing a pick up but no one pick up so I went up to the drive through window and I told them that I did an online order, so their response was if I was in line which I was but they gave me an attitude even though I didn't know where to pick up my food when the lobby was closed. Worst service ever I don't recommend getting food from them.
Friendly and polite staff. Food was amazing as well.
Had to try the Beyond chicken and it’s not actually too bad. 4 stars because the guy behind the counter was looking at me all weird and laughing for whatever reason.
