Laid back atmosphere, far from fancy, everything is served in plastic, Food & wine was good, place is tucked away in the back. Staff was friendly. Fresh seafood.
Delicious lobster grilled cheese and clam chowder! Big chunks of both lobster and clams. Very fresh tasting!

J's crawfish boil was extremely good. Everything tasted good and nothing was over cooked. The only negative thing I will say is there was a dead fish in one of their tanks.

Got the crab boil shoulda been called the shrimp boil. On tiny portion of snow crab legs, aye for 40$ at least hook a brother up with 2 clusters. Flavor was fine just wicked skimpy. Have had boils at other placesThis popped on my internet feed. Felt like I got tricked. My feed knows I love seafood. Won’t be back.
I often visit here and I must say I love their food. The service here though is not professional at all. I dined in the beginning of this week and I couldn’t find an employee for more napkins to save my life. I shouldn’t have to get up and walk to the kitchen to find someone. In any restaurant I’ve visited there are ALWAYS employees on the floor not hiding. Yesterday I picked up food and let me say waiting inside the restaurant for my food felt as if I were standing outside. I asked the young lady about the heat and she stated they’ve never had heat in the To Go area. I feel bad for the poor girls working with no heat. That should be against the law and I’m definitely going to look in to filing a complaint with the city. No one inside a restaurant should ever have to work under those circumstances.

I order baked stuffed shrimp with bake potato. Never again bake potato was not fresh. Stuffed shrimp not good at all it was more stuffing and no shrimp. Stuffing was wet and Gooey.
Just thought I would try a local spot and should have stayed away. The food was inedible. Even the fries were soggy and undercooked. You don't have to be on the shore to cook decent seafood. Fish was in pieces, I believe this was mostly frozen. Had to throw out a $20 order. Never again.
