Extremely clean and brightly lit little restaurant. I stopped in around lunch time (1pm) and the food on display looked like it had been freshly cooked and it all looked delicious. The lady at the register was nice, courteous and patient while she answered any questions I had. My beef patty tasted great with a just a tiny bit of spice to it.For anyone thinking about eating here, please note:> They have no diet sodas. Their drink cooler looked packed so I don't think they were out and it was probably because they don't ever carry any. Luckily, there's a small mart next door where you can buy some> There was a sign on the door that said no one could eat inside due to covid and anyone going inside had to wear a mask. Everyone working there was also wearing a mask> They except credit and debit cards as forms of payment
Wow was the food here nasty. Greasy, and chefs were joking around in the back and (no joke) laughing so hard i can hear them from outside the restaurant. definitely spitting all over the food. Nasty.
I ordered Jerk chicken pasta a few minutes before closing. When I got home the food was cold as if it was in the fridge. Pasta was cold and the chicken wasn’t jerk but instead baked with ranch dressing. I called the restaurant immediately and explained what happened, then they told me I must have gotten someone else’s food and I could come and get a freshly made order again. When I got there the cashier with the nastiest attitude ever, ignored me for approximately 3 minutes then put my food on the counter then head back to the kitchen, without an apology (Worst customer service). I then attempted to eat the second plate and it sadly once again cold! I decided to just warm it up and eat it anyways. When I took my plate out the microwave there was a weird smell like but I thought maybe it’s the sauce and I was starving!! I ate some and it tasted like raw baked chicken in Italian and ranch dressing! I couldn’t eat anymore because it was very distasteful!!! About 10 minutes later I had diarrhea and vomited once. I called the owners this morning and she was saying she has to investigate first, because anyone can call and say what I’m saying. She took my number, I waited but she never called back so I went to the restaurant with the two plate of spoiled food and her attitude was nasty and she showed me the sign “NO REFUND” and she kept defending her food and basically disbelieved what I told her and was very unprofessional!
Food is decent. Skinny Jamaican cashier has a TERRIBLE attitude. I advise that she get herself together. I shouldn’t feel unwanted or like a bother when trying to place an order.
The sever was very slow and gives very little food. Food isn't very good
Very plain tasting food. Doesn't have that Jamaican authentic taste.
It was okay. The service wasn't very friendly and I wasn't to crazy about the food. My husband like the fish. I had oxtail and I also purchased jerk pork. Oh I tried the cow foot. The oxtail wasn't tender, the jerk pork was very under seasoned and the cow foot had too much hair on it.
