Eating at Han Hot Pot House is always an experience. The service is excellent and the menu can cater to anyone. The selection of vegetables, tofu, meats and noodles means that you will never need to eat the same thing twice! Half of the fun of dining here is to assemble the sauces that you will use when eating the hot pot. My favorite appetizer is scallion pancakes, a must have for every visit.

What an awesome experience!! The food was absolutely delicious, the owner explained everything in such an informative educational way, made recommendations, he even prepared a dipping sauce for me because I told him it was my first time eating hot pot. It is definitely not my last, I told my mom how awesome it was and she wants me to take her there for mother's day, no complaints from me lol, if you've never been you are missing out! It was very clean, staff super friendly, food was absolutely delicious, bathrooms very clean, I can't wait to go back!

We read reviews prior to coming here and we almost didn’t try it based on the negativity about service and issues with tipping. However, we thought why not try it? And I am so glad we did! From walking through the front door to leaving, we had a great experience. We were overwhelmed at the menu initially and how the whole process worked but they kindly explained everything to us and even walked us over to explain the dipping station and made us a sample dip - which was fabulous! Everyone that worked there was super friendly and the food was great! We will absolutely return!

We've been going for years and never experienced this but they followed us to the parking lot asking for a tip; unprofessional, and we are NOT legally obligated. We won't be returning!!! The service was terrible, they didn't refill our soups and brought our food out in a messy jumble which resulted in a mix up I got pork instead of the lamb I asked for (we don't eat pork), he never brought out a side platter of corn as we we ordered and after I stuck my fingers in the veggie platter he came back and switched the platter with the table couple seats down; said we got the wrong veggies plate. Not only that but he flat out denied my fiance from getting the combo saying it was too much food for us... if I'm paying no one should be making the decision of what I'm buying... they apparently don't like when you cook the left over meta and veggies and take it home.

The booths were awkward so if you are tall there is no where go put your legs. Im short and had a hard time. I have a huge bruse on my leg from slaming it into the side of the table twice. The food was good. But they misunderstood my order and brought double of everything I ordered when I said I only wanted 1 of all the side orders that I ordered. So there was a ton of leftover veggies. They served other people before us that came in after us and seemed to completely forget about us. They are supposed to top off your pot and they never did. Asked us if we wanted forks and I said yes and they never came. Once they dropped the food they only came back half hour later to see if we wanted the check and nothing else. Honestly I won't ever go back. My friend paid for it since it was a treat for my birthday and I told her I wouldn't even bother leaving a tip with how horrible the service was... its to bad I had high hopes for this place too.

I had to change my reservation twice due to travel issues, but the owners were very accommodating. If you enjoy spicy food, ask the owner about the sauce he makes. It was delicious, unfortunately they don't sell bottles of it (but share the recipe freely). Great place to come and will be back soon.

Went here for my birthday Feb 11th. So happy we waited for a table. Delicious, fresh food. Soups were flavorful. Loved mixing together my own sauce. For 4 people it was about $120. Got some beef, mushroom platter, vegetable platter, clams, shrimp, mussels, ramen - very wide variety. Recommend learning how long each item takes to cook beforehand - beef only takes about 10 seconds, which my parents couldn't understand lol

Phil was super helpful in explaining their process, how to make sauce, and how to use chopsticks (still embarrassed I had to ask) He was super understanding. The atmosphere was so relaxing, you are not rushed, the place was very clean and food delicious!!

Have been here several time for either a late lunch or dinner. Can't beat it! Coming from over 30 minutes away it is definitely worth the drive. Prices are vert reasonable and the food is great. Also some of the best wings and fries. You wouldn't think it but they are bomb! Worth trying them out!! Cheers ?
