I got two wrong coffees and the manger Carmen refuses to fix my coffee sad about her .. this is the worst Dunkin ever!!

The staff is friendly, just certain times, usually mornings are very busy and you may have a longer wait.

My medium French Vanilla coffee light with two sugars was excellent. I just wished they had my favorite coffee roll to go with it!
Coffee and service was good. The bagels, i would like to sit and watch the employee that makes the sandwiches try and eat the bagels he served me. I'm sure he's not going to be able to bite a piece of. That's how hard my bagels was.
