So far no problems unlike many of the other DDs in the area. Great customer service, always gets my orders right whether big or small.
Shayna is by far the best employee a business can have. Customer service is something lost but she shines bright. I will say this, she would be an asset to any business owner.
I've been ordering from here for years and never have any issues, the staff is friendly and fast. But the last 3 times I have ordered from Uber eats, several items are missing. The Uber eats driver was amazing as he went back to retrieve the missing items every time. When I called to speak with the manager, he answered the phone like I called his personal line, I had to confirm with him that I just called Dunkin Donuts, then after expressing my issue he hung up the phone, extremely unprofessional! After calling back for the 2nd time was I then acknowledged and apologized to for the error. Def disappointed with the service today.
