Ordered a hot latte and got a cup of milk with sugar.
I love Dunkin’ and I never have a problem anywhere else but this Dunkin’ . The staff here are not trained properly . The lady who took my order today told me that oat milk was not allowed in the frozen coffee because it’s a dairy product . Which oat milk is not dairy . I understand if they can’t mix the two but to give false information is not acceptable . People have food allergies and staff should know their menus and what’s dairy and what’s not .
Service is not great i allways order a head and order not readie. on top of not been readie they give you the wrong order..wont go back.
