I think since the last time I've been at this location there has been no change. Reading some of the other reviews to prove my point well proves my point. Waited forever for drinks. Food actually came at a reasonable time and was really good. The waitress never came back to check on us. The only time i could get her attention was when she was at the table behind us. Took like 20 minutes to get a couple pieces of toast. Asked for the check when i finally got it but didn't get it so finally just got up to pay. Didn't realize she was the only server on and was getting yelled at. She was nice and i get it you're by yourself but i shouldn't have been there an hour, hour and a half. I gave her a much lesser tip than i normally would have. Sorry, either need to hire more people, or get better management or b

Heed this warning!!! If you have any other opportunity to go somewhere else for your late night munchies, DO NOT come here, go to your next choice.In the history of restaurants, this has to be recorded for posterity, as the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. It is early, early Wednesday morning so I wouldn’t expect for a hold up like this. The restaurant is empty except for 2 or 3 other patrons, and it is impossible to get seated. Finally, after a 45 min wait at the counter my friend and I seated ourselves. Moreover, after sitting at the table for 30 minutes waiting on a server, we decided to go to the bar to order. At which time a server gave us the largest attitude when telling us to go be seated and he would be over when he could. Next, my friend has enough and yells for service. Finally, a server comes and offers us drinks but we are still unable to order. We are probably going on an hour and a half, without out food. It’s like we are being totally ignored. At this rate, it will be Friday before we receive our meals. ??‍♂️ I am normally a Denny’s fan but this service has been absolutely horrible, and I haven’t even been able to eat yet. I’m so vexed I couldn’t wait until the end of the visit to write this review. I’m a pretty patient guy but I’m about ready to walk out. This is totally ridiculous. The management at this location need to either hire staff, get the staff you have to pay better attention to their customers because this is by far, the worst service I have ever received.To be continued…..

It's changed A LOT within the past 6 months!I mean A LOT! Service is great food is better. Only problem the last time I was there unfortunately there was a hair inside my French toast my companion didn't get his toast that came with his $13.99 breakfast. The French toast was taken off and I still paid $32.00 for breakfast which I wouldn't have minded had it been the way it was supposed to be. I think I should of gotten more of a discount seeing I didn't eat At all after seeing the hair cooked into my french toast and the toast was missing there was also lipstick on a coffee cup.

24hr that's what great. 3 people run this place the manager, the cook, and the waitress late. At the time, inventory of the menu is lacking. The best order was the pot roast but missing the bread and mushrooms. The burger was replace with sandwich bread. The steak look nothing like the menu steak and I'm missing the bread. I did not tip cuz the overall dining in experience wasn't great or convience for the amount of stuff you'll get compared to a different hour and other Denny's. You'll still be charge the full amount even if you didn't get all your items that suppose to be part of your order. I'll do a charge back if you can't dispute with the Marchant over the phone for a smaller price. I can't speak for online order at the hour when inventory was lacking.

We were taken care of fairly quickly. The ladies knew the menu well enough to take our order without writing anything down. Very friendly, very attentive, and professional.Food was good and fairly portioned. Smoothie was great. I have nothing bad to say

Tried to go get breakfast before work, we were there at 4am and not to many people there, the service was slow, the tables and menus were sticky. Food came out little burnt to my liking, we walked out to never go back to that Denny's again. 0 stars are given.

Going to a Denny's for the first time in a very long while, was a retro experience. Denny's to me, has always been a place I was happy to pull into after many hours on the road out west. Their sign was a beacon in the wilderness. It still delivers what you need whether it's breakfast or lunch. Here in Hartford, the service was casual and slow. The orders for maybe nine of us in a gathering, were a little mixed up or needed fixing, but all in all everything was good. In my reviews, I always note there are reasons why restaurant chains like this stay open - reliable food, wide locations and low prices.

It was the worst experience ever?, they didn't have anything, no ranch dressing or coke a cola. They had us waiting forever for me to get my steak and ask for it to be well done and have it brought to me red in the middle. After returning it and getting a second one it was even more undercooked than the first on. Then I asked for a milkshake and my waiter told me they weren't doing them no less than 5 minutes later another table got seated and they're waiter brought them a milkshake...all in all it was hell I would t recommend it to anyone

I use to love Denny's but after today. I hate it and that a strong word. I get there and all the tables were dirty with dishes and food. Flies around the area. It was not busy and there was at least 5 people working. I order and the food took a long time and never got any silver wares. Had to get up and walk over to the counter and ask for them while they were all sitting down having a conversation. This is the last time I go to Denny's in Hartford CT especially stay away it is not a pleasant visit. I wish I could give it a 0 star but not possible.

Wish I could give it 0 stars.The food was salty. slow service. ignorant employees. They were supposed to give me my toast with my food and they didn’t even give it to me till I asked about it when I was leaving. It wasn’t fresh either they took the cold toast off the counter and just put it in a bag and gave it to me, on top of that it was hard.They didn’t even give creamer for the coffee and I had to go get it myself- it took them 15 minutes to get me ONE sprite. The coffee and tea were freezing cold too. Never coming back and I don’t recommend you do either if your looking for some good and hot breakfast and to top it all off, the silverware and cups were dirty, stained and lipstick.
