I discovered this place years ago when they first opened. The quality of their food was excellent and has remained excellent all these years later. No one makes a better rib-eye steak. We order for delivery often during this "plague" but I can't wait for things to get back to normal.
Good food, the environment feels like home! Very good service
Great service, good food and great homemade guacamole. Tables were really far apart and servers wore masks the entire time.
My friend and I visited Coyote Flaco for a light dinner. I ordered two fish tacos. I would have given four stars because the tortillas were fairly large, double layered and loaded with large pieces of fish. However, I felt it lacked taste. Was looking for some kick. Mostoften, when I have had fish tacos they are served with limes and often a spicy sauce of some type on top. This did not come lime or sauce. I added salsa to it. The salsa was not pico de gallo, but what seemed to me to be like spicy tomato sauce from a jar. It may have been homemade, but I tend to favor salsa with fresh chopped veggies. My friend enjoyed his meal.

We’ve been going to Coyote Flaco for about twenty years. Same lovely family has been running this low-key, friendly restaurant with food that satisfies our tastes for Mexican, and at a reasonable price. Classic margarita made with fresh lime juice, hits the spot.

My son and I discovered this gem while looking for a family owned restaurant with good home cooked food. The first time we went, we were already talking about going back. Now we go as often as we can. Everyone is super friendly and the food is delicious (I love the stuffed poblano peppers). Fun decor, free parking and great prices. You'll be happy you went.

Food was average, but not spectacular. Outdoor patio is quaint, but neighborhood vibe is a little sketchy with cars with loud music and mufflers driving by throughout dinner. Service was also okay, but one waitress in particular communicated more of an unhappy vibe - about her own life, not toward us. Glad to have visited, but will likely not return.
