An understated but shining place for quality eggs, sandwiches, soups and salads. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The portions are very generous with good quality ingredients.The restaurant is small but clean with enough seating for about 25. Don’t be fooled by the simple curb appeal. The quality, freshness and customer service make it well worth the visit.

I love this place!!! I use to work in downtown Hartford about 11 yrs ago. My favorite is the chicken cutlet anyway. I went back today after 11 years and got my chicken cutlet grinder.it tasted exactly the same way I remembered. This is definitely a gem in downtown Hartford.
