Usually they are pretty good about my order, when I order late night at work. An error was made and they honored my missing item the next day with no issue. I will remain a late night customer for Campus Pizza. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever! Called to place a pick up order…. The gentleman could not take my order after repeating it back 3 times. Held in for another person to take the order. She kept talking over me and never let me place the entire order without interrupting me 12 times. Hung up on me. RUDE!!!Horrible service! Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t post this without 1 star!
Way too much cheese, wrong kind of cheese too. Undercooked and cheap pepperroni. Tasted not so great. Customer service was good though.
It was my first and my very last time visiting this place this old man manager/owner is very unprofessional & RUDE as F…K! Them nice ladies need to move on into a better career… this man should lead by example not scolding them in front of customers…and he needs to improve his English! He treats people like animals and the real beast is him! ?? ??????
I just got off the phone with a disrespectful and rude manager. I ordered food last night that came an hour and a half late. On top of this, I was missing an entire dinner from my order and was told that they would have to charge me a $10 inconvenience fee for a driver to bring out my original correct order. I called management today, and the lady was rude and disrespectful. After telling me the food was cold because we are in the winter season and should expect nothing less than cold food, she became upset and said that she was busy and didn't have time to listen to me complain. They've lost a customer for life, which presumably shouldn't be much longer due to their horrible all-around service. With these shady tactics, I fully suspect they will be out of business soon. STAY AWAY!

Ordered pizza an hour and a half ago! Still waiting on delivery. Horrible service if I had known I would NOT had paid over the phone!!!! Terrible! Called the manager after receiving my cold food and all she can say is ‘I’m short on drivers, have a good night’Terrible service from manager to employees!! NEVER AGAIN!
Very disappointed with this place! Never had them before but my coworkers and I were looking for a place that deliveries pizza that was close and we came across this place. We work right up the street and when we received the pizza and wings they were cold like they’ve been sitting out for a while! Very expensive as well, especially for food that tasted like it was from the gas station! Nice delivery driver but won’t be ordering from here ever again!!!!
Terrible service ordered a pizza it took an hour and half and the man who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude, literally screaming at me, hung up on me 4 times. I understand if business is busy but thats absolutely no way to speak to a paying customer.
