very terrible service and awful location. every thing I tried to order they apparently don't sell. no soft serve ice cream, then couldn't order a milkshake either. after back and forth 5hey don't take coupons. on top of every item I tried to order the front worker had to go to the back and ask the manager how to do it.but after all that I was happy of my order of the Oreo sundae since I knew it wouldn't be able to be cooked wrong cause they just take it out of the freezer since I wouldn't trust them to cook the meat to be able to be edible. was very good, and was happy with my order 3v3n 5hough they forgot to give it to me for a few minutes, worst part was when he finally remembered to serve me the Oreo sundae he handed me it in less than 30secindw because it was right under the counter and literally just stood there spacing out for few minutes till he realized I didn't order burgers and he could of literally just immediately handed me my order but just was in a totally different world.
I can't believe burger King served old burnt fries and burnt greasy sandwiches. I was just in the mood for burger King and I regret every bite. I wasted money today I'll know better than to go back to fast food.
It was suppose to open at 7am, almost 8:30am and STILL was closed. Employees was inside by 7:45am and still wasn't ready so l just left
Excellent service, polite staff and low wait times to receive food. Conveniently located on main Street downtown Hartford. There is plenty of local public transport available, and easy access via car, bike, or on foot.
Love they're breakfast sandwiches ham and cheese on a croissant
The day I went to this Burger King you couldn't eat inside & only had two different kinds of fountain drinks. It is a very small Burger King that has no drive through. I won't be going back to this Burger King.
Fifteen minute wait, no drinks available, food was legitimately cold. Felt unsafe to eat. Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.
This place is not just making me question them but the operations of safety, the health inspectors if there has been any health inspector involved here over the pass year. I know fast food can get bad but this is abysmal. Disgusting. Food served way pass their expiration. Leaks from the ceiling. Never open on time. Filled trash bins. How has this place not been closed down??? It's unsafe. A eyesore to the public

Grabbed takeout on a Sunday afternoon and waited over 4 minutes for the cashier to take my order and another 8 minutes for them to prepare my order as the cashier advised me they go in order of orders placed and they don't skip. The cashier proceeded to chit chat with a customer instead of helping to prepare orders. There was one gentleman making the burgers and another female worker walking around looking confused on what she should be doing. When I finally got my eight piece nugget and value french fry everything was ice cold. You could tell the fries had been sitting for quite some time under the heat lamp as well as the nuggets were sitting in the warming container. I work at McDonald's for 11 months so I'm familiar with old food and when it's not to be served and this food was absolutely disgusting. If given the choice I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. The customer service was horrible and you could tell the employees were simply tired and overworked. I will not be returning to this Burger King location. Not to mention the ceiling has a giant hole in it and it was coned off where you could not walk because water was leaking and the tile busted. The whole environment needs to be revamped from employees, training, food preparation, customer service, and the place just needs a deep thorough cleaning and the ceiling repaired. It's pretty gross inside with rips in the seats and everything. I would avoid this Burger King if you can.
