If you work third shift at Hh this is the only place open.. the most disappointing part is how miserable the staff is and it shows, it makes you not want to buy anything.
“Manager” choses to randomly close the dining area forcing a dozen or so patrons who are waiting to see relatives in the ICU out into the freezing cold. Why? To clean? Sanitize? NO. So she can then callously video those she kicked out standing in the chill of the hospital entry. When questioned, she claims she’s following “COVID Rules.” Hospital staff unable to do anything since this is a CORPORATE OWNED LEASED location. Dining area remained EMPTY and UNUSED for HOURS afterwards. What are they thinking? Saturday Nov 27, 2021 after 4 pm.
Food is delicious but expensive. 2nd shift cook is slow and she doesn’t have the best customer service.
It's sad because I work here in the hospital.. They can have a staff of 4 and 3 will stand at the register talking leaving only 1 working. Turned me off and I walk from another building. Just horrible customers service especially after 5pm
Good pastry
Love the one in West Hartford Mall in Albany avenue
Their broccoli and cheese was terrible looking and lightly burnt. Normally their soup are great but idk what happened
Food really good but the pastries where short supply barely any cookies to choose from everything else sandwiches, soups, salads etc...
The only reason I gave them 1 star, because for a bottle of snapple ice tea that I can get at a corner store for $1.50 I got it there for $3.00! That's too expensive for a bottle of iced tea with lemon! I love there cookies, sandwich, and everything else! They are just too expensive! I'll give them 4 stars. OK, thanks!!!!
Love the vegetables soup
