Took the food home to the pleasant surprise of it being amazing. Tender flavored pernil with the rice on the side on point. Doesn’t hurt that the owners grandson is very polite….and handsome. 5 mins from where i live, deff coming here again. Ty guys for being great !

Swing by this restaurant to get a taste of Puerto Rican food. I ordered a plain mofongo and my partner ordered arroz con gandules, habichuelas y pernil (rice and peas, beans and roasted pork shoulder). We also shared a side of tostones. We both left very satisfied and with a full belly, all signs of a great meal. The restaurant ambiance is very chill and the employees are very courteous. I’d return for some Puerto Rican flavors next time I’m in the Hartford area.
Paid over $20 for a seafood salad and Totones. The seafood salad tasted old and the plastic container was filled with onion and pepper mostly.never again buy from this plave.

Ordred the arroz amarillo/beans on side with pernil. The food tasted clean. Not salty. The amount of food was average. The price was around $12 at lunch. Placed my order int he restaurant and the food was iut quick. Good experience. Would recommend this location if you are in the area and would like to try Puerto rican food.
