Best pizza I’ve had in CT thus far, just like nyc pizza! Would rate 10 stars if it were possible
Very good recommendation by a coworker. Always looking for good lunch spots in the Hartford area. Ordered the Italiano personal pizza...consisted of salami, pepperoni, red peppers...and tons of flavor. Definitely will be trying other options off the menu
When I first came to UHa in 2002 from jersey/NYC, it took me a while to find some decent pizza. This place was a godsend and absolutely the best NYC style pizza around. As a college student the double slices were a godsend. Years later I moved back as an adult to work at ESPN and they had moved into a larger space while keeping the same awesomeness. I used to bring pies to work all the time and everyone loved it. Glad to see Joe still crushing it…..he is absolutely one of the nicest dudes you’ll ever meet and takes pride in his business and it shows. Also literally on the exit ramp on rt 84 so always a great pit stop when driving thru.
Our favorite pizza! Always delicious! Service is great! Owner is awesome! Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
I love their pizza but was quite disappointed tonight. I added special instructions to my order and none of them were followed. Had a major reason for the pizza to be pie cut and it wasn't. Asked for an ingredient to be removed and it wasn't. I'll still eat here but a little more cautiously next time.
I'm a long time customer from the small pizza shop up the street he started to now at the new spot for years now and I live in East hartford I still go for food at anglina because joe have of the best customer service and friendly service in town

Amazing pizza, amazing staff, and the owner is cool. Their food is consistant and the staff is professional. We've been going there for 10 years now and never seen them mess up an order, or send out subpar food, even once. Considering the vibe, quality, staff, and price it's my favorite pizza spot for sure.I'd recommend a slice and fries, Buffalo chicken salad, chicken parm grinder, or party sheet pizza when you've got guests.Only wish that city ordinances allowed them to open the dining room back up.
The cashier have a Nasty attitude if you don't like your job don't work there the grinder had a whole head of lettuce on it smfh never eaten here again wouldn't recommend this place to anyone till they get a new cashier and make the food better
