Fast food isn't as good since after the pandemic. It tastes processed not fresh. Wendy's out of burger King and McDonald's is the best.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive through for a burger. 5 customers behind us got their food and left. Then when we got the burger or was cold!! And the girl was very rude. Awful all around! I'd give zero stars if I could.

Waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker - the person in front of me eventually drove off without being serviced. When they finally answered and I paid at the window, I was told to pull up by the side door and my food would be brought out. 20 min goes by with multiple people behind me being served their food at the window (I didn’t order anything elaborate, just a #6). I go inside and am ignored by the woman at the register when I ask what the delay is about. After waiting inside for another 10 min, another customer helped me get the attention of the person working the drive thru window who angrily throws together a sandwich and slams the bag down in front of me without a word. Really bizarre experience and definitely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to

Worst place to eat whether dining in or ordering through drive-thru. I just left without getting anything. I was LITERALLY in the long drive thru line for 30 minutes. Yes, you heard that right...30 minutes smh. Once I finally get to the speaker box, I'm waiting another 10 mins for someone to take my order. I finally just drove up to the window and asked what was going on. The young girl and young guy working at the window were so rude and unprofessional. The young girl literally said, "you need to wait just like everyone else, we're making orders." Ok, so you mean to tell me in total I've been waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru and that's okay?? Also, all the employees that are on duty aren't working fast enough? You can't keep a short drive thru line? Mind you, I should've just left and went to McDonald's (which I ended up doing anyway) but I wanted a specific item from Wendy's (the restaurant was packed as well as I look through the windows). I ended up just driving off.Why does it take almost an hour to place an order? Where is the customer service? Why is the drive thru line to the street? Where is the time management? I've worked at a fast food restaurant before and I know each car in the drive thru line has a time limit and you have to beat the time per car. Most importantly, who is training these unprofessional and rude employees?All in all, I went to McDonald's (like I said before) because I know I'm never disappointed. Employees are professional, kind, patient and provide great customer service. I believe the longest I've waited in a drive thru line at ANY McDonald's has to be like 10 minutes.I will never come back to this Wendy's and after my experience today, I probably would not go to any Wendy's for that matter.

Never again. This incident occured at 9:30 PM and we were the only individuals there - imagine if they were busy. The employee who waited on me was unfamiliar with the menu and did not know how to void an item that she entered incorrectly into the register. The employee stood there staring at the register and would not ask another employee for assistance. After 3 minutes, the employee (who was not wearing a hair covering) wandered over to the French fry maker and proceeded to make a batch of fries. Mind you all while my spouse and I were still waiting for the item to be voided and continue to order our meals. Eventually another employee wandered over and asked what was wrong. This employee was also unable to void the item. The employee (while leaning on the register 'hanging out'out as one would say) repeatedly called to 'Tyrone' who blatantly ignored the employee. After 10 minutes of waiting, we left. The employees are incompetent, lazy, improperly trained in customer service, and are too interested in their cell phones. Terrible place.

I literally made an account just to say this is the worst Wendy’s in the history of Wendy’s. Longest lines , food is never correct , this is crazy… I hope the owner sees this and fires every person that works here because they clearly don’t care about any customer. I’m sorry but this is the facts.

Worst wendys service ive ever had. Nobody k ew what they were doing, and it wasnt crowded. Waited a while and got the wrong order. But took it anyway

Legit waited in the drive thru (because inside was closed) for almost an 45 mins because it was a mobile order and I didn’t wanna leave cuz I already paid…..absolutely terrible!!

This Sunday after coming from a long drive we wanted to enjoy Wendy’s unfortunately we have been in a line over the past 30 minutes waiting for fast food that isn’t fast I walk up to the front to see what is going on the guy at the front says I’m moving as fast as I can that’s funny because we haven’t even freaking moved no one has moved and we’re hungry this is completely unacceptable I think everyone tonight that waited over 30 plus minutes should be compensated.

They have decent service but sometimes they are out of items. Once they were out of baked potatoes another time they were out of cheese, For the baconator fry. Overall food is good and I will constantly go back.
