Very short of staff at this location took a long time to receive our food had one person taking care of multiple people as they entered the restaurant feeding them taking drink orders taking meal orders who was also the bartender and server while the manager on duty just basically watched thumbs down to that he should have been in there to help him since they were so short-staffed had to get up to get my own drinks and appetizers so very sorry for the server who was great at doing everything as only one person on the floor big thumbs up to him. I thought about contacting their corporate office to inform them of the situation at this location I was very shocked and surprised I'm sure I will not return back to that restaurant in that town again however the food was very good
Very clean, nice decor,waiter was professional, nice location and parking. Lemon pepper wings were not lemony enough for me and a little dry. Potatoes and cheese were very tasty. Very large portion.
Donald is a poor excuse for a manager. He needs to be demoted immediately for his inability to manage a team that can correctly represent TGI Fridays. His subordinates China, and Renee are a direct reflection of the results of poor leadership. Donald didn't even know how to effectively handle a health crisis that occurred while he was there. Instead he left inadequate staff to act a fool on TGI Friday behalf. Don't eat here unless you want Food Borne Related Illness
Waited 20 mins after scheduled pickup time in waiting area. Went home, Steak looked and taste like it was microwaved rubber. I literally could not cut the meat. Mashed and broccoli were prepared horribly as well. I did not eat my meal. Theres no way a chef prepared that meal. This was tuesday 5/10 10pm for reference.
Worst service ever. Ordered curbside, called and waited 30 mins and had to call back to get my food, then they messed up the order and forgot a whole meal. Called back about it and received rude customer service. Went back to collect missing item, waited over an hour for it. Manager was no help.
Terrible. Waited over an hour for our food. Server left us with empty drinks, place was empty but he claimed it was “getting busy” ???? Kids slushy was ice chips at the top and dark blue syrup at the bottom. He didn’t drink it. When food came out it was mediocre. Kids meals were wrong. Terrible. I won’t be returning!!! If i can give this place zero stars i would.
Went to TGIF'S for our 31st anniversary. Enjoyed the food, the wonderful waiter service and the warmth of the restaurant's personal, everone was very was pleasant! Price was very reasonable too! Restaurant was very clean and inviting, would recommend this restaurant!!
Food was terrible and way too expensive. The server was great! Won't go back and the utensils were dirty!
Hamden, CT location experience: It was as if my burger had been microwaved, my fries were lukewarm. The staff was too busy in their phones to even engage in the few patrons that were there and my drink was all syrup, but this didn't surprise me since the person who made it looked much younger than 21.
Had a pleasant time with my cousin and sister, the employee that waited on us was very polite and stated that he was happy that we treated him so well .working in restaurants and dealing with customers has got to be tough so I always show my gratitude and give generous tips to show my appreciation and hopefully most others will as well.
