I really love Taco Bell but they way they made my taco and i spent $30.00 i didn't like it at all. I wish i would've gave them directions... Drive pass this place and find another one some where else.
Waited over 20 mins for food. Arrived zero cars on driveup line, but 4 driveup orders served before us. Finally get food after numerous complaints then they have the nerve a few min later to tell us to leave bc they want to lock the lobby??? They have a timer for driveup line… so thats what gets served first. Go to driveup if you have to eat at this location!
12:02am they close at 1:00am … told me if I don’t work for door dash or Uber eats .. “there out of food” ?
I had an awesome encounter at taco bell in the Hamden plaza thanks to the hardworking MIC in there names Liza she was so friendly and helpful as well as respectful.
Had lunch there 5/18 the crew was very nice and hard-working. The food was great they made everything perfect. They seem to take pride in satisfying the customer and for that they deserve 10 Stars.
Amazing experience at this Taco Bell every single time. They get a lot of traffic but it doesn’t effect the speed one bit. The employees are very well trained at explaining everything and it warns my heart the conversations I have at this place.

Gave me the wrong order was not what I wanted. Plus it took such a long time to wait for it. I’m very disappointed. Will not be going back!!!
This is the worst TacoBell I have ever been too. First, we tried to go through the drive through and sat there waiting but noone answered so then my husband went inside. HE ordered a breakfast crunchwrap and they gave him a regular one so he asked why and they said its because they don't make breakfast ones even though it was clearly on the menu. Also, why didn't they tell him when he ordered? You can't just substitute someone's food without telling them. He shouldn't have had to pay for something he didn't order. They also messed up his taco order. Then they forgot the cinnabons. The workers there gave my husband attitude the entire time as well even though this was their mistakes. Very poorly managed.
