Worst costumer service ever.

Good location but poor customer service and quality! Not friendly at all and even make you uncomfortable and somehow regret of visiting and shopping there! Maybe bad management unless if the owner wants this way the customer be treated!

Took my sister there sandwich ok, but cookie old and hard enough to break your window.

They had no bread :/, staff was nice.

Best subway I have ever visited! Clean polite and great sandwich preparation.

The staff was great but they were out of everything. No R.B., NO CHICKEN STRIPS, it was like pay and pray.

Does not accept coupons. Worker was dismissive and unapologetic. Difficult to park. Avoid.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. I've never given a 1 star review before, but after my experience with the manager and her inability to provide proper customer service, I felt like it was a responsibility to share the details.I used the website to order a footlong meal and placed the order for 8pm pickup. Once I arrived to pick up my food, I noticed the lights were off and there was a sign on the door saying there were covid hours and the store actually closed at 7. My order went through online with no problem so I was a bit puzzled.We're in a pandemic so this wasn't an issue to me, I don't expect every company to perfectly execute the sudden hour changes. What was an issue, was the manager's response and attitude when I called the next morning to get my order fulfilled at a time that they were open.She told me that she "couldn't do anything about it" even though I had the order receipt and proof of purchase. I followed her response by asking if I could at least be refunded for the order I paid for but didn't receive, and she screamed "NO AND DO NOT CALL THIS STORE AGAIN FOR THIS REASON" and proceeded to hang up on me.Won't be giving my money to subway again and will be leaving a report with the BBB. It's not about the money, it's about her audacity to scream at a customer for no reason.
