Embarrassing. Trying to get coffee at this establishment is a mission. Fully stuff yet you can’t get a hold of coffee for like an hour. Don’t waste your time!!
the line frequently extends out the door and past the hallway, they spend no effort... This becomes painfully clear when you watch them work, they spend no effort: as if the weight of a cup is unbearable, that their shoes are so heavy they are unable to take a step without stopping for a break, that the act of pouring liquid takes an immense toll on their psyche.... They have a captive customer base, with money and without other options.... I dare you to just watch.... and not bang your head against the wall, to not throw something at them....
I wish I could give it a zero. I got there at 1 PM and ordered oatmeal and a cold brew. I got plain oatmeal (no berry blah blah) and way too much water. It was soup. They were busy and by 1:40 (yes 40 minutes later) I left. I understand they’re very busy. No refund either.

Wait time is always — at least — a half-hour. What do you expect for a University Starbucks, though? Otherwise, the service is average, and the drinks are good.
You'll go in at 6:30, wait for your drink, and it'll be 7:30 by the time you get it.
