On our most recent visit to Sakura, service was pretty good. However, we noticed that the gratuity was itemized on the bill. I'm not used to seeing this, though I get why they add it. Overall it was an enjoyable experience for my kiddo.

Went here today for the 1st time in forever and it is my last. Frist we where told no Habachi til 1pm. No indiaction of this on the site. Then I ordered Filet mignon med well and not only was it overcooked it was reg steak I know the difference. My friend ordered steak and chicken and her food was also burnt . But I think they gave her mne and I got her Steak. The women insisted it was right.

Walked in and the host acted like we got on her nerves. No one greeted us or annoyance or presence. She gave us menus when we had them in our hands. We sat down and no one acted like we were present at lunch. We happily left.Do not recommend.

We sat for almost an hour before getting served. The food was absolutely terrible not made how asked, I asked if they could accommodate me anyway and she told me no I would still have to pay. As I’m going to pay they threw my food out even though I didn’t get a chance to eat anything. Would not recommend. Terrible service!!!!

Horrible customer service! The place is also dirty and they lack any respect for the customers. They only want your business and care nothing about quality or experience. I will never return to this place and wouldn’t offer any positive feedback. Stay away!!

I come here regularly, the service is always good and the staff is friendly, the food is great as well. I believe they are one of the better places to get the “bang for your buck” they keep the restaurant clean and it has a nice atmosphere

Very good food if you are new to eating sushi great place to learn.

Family had an awesome experience! We were served by Jessica, Cindy and our favorite cook- Jason! All extremely nice and friendly. Food was brought out in a timely manner and it was DELICIOUS. We all came out of there with satisfied bellies!

Little bit of a wait but well worth it

We came for my little cousin birthday, our waiter seemed like she was rushing us overall, we were in the middle of eating, she and another waiter came up to us asking if we were finished or still working on our food, she didn't even give us a signal to let us know she was coming with the birthday dessert to prepare to record. The chef did a good job making the food in front of us, but the problem I have with him was that he was making balloons for infants, my daughter wanted one, so I waited for him to make balloons for the babies, I respectfully asked him if he can make one for my daughter, he fanned at me with his hands stating that he was dealing with another table, it was disrespectful because he made it seem like I was bothering him when I was just patiently waiting. The *tip* wasn't even an option because they automatically add it to our bill, I think that was unnecessary, customers should have the right pay or not depending how they were being treated.
