Amazing food I love the food they make. This absolutely amazing food is only some what tampered by the customer service issues they deal with. My father has had many bad experiences picking up pizzas at Paul’s and eddy’s and that’s why I could give 5 stars. I’ve had many great experiences at This place and everything down to the drinks they keep in their freezer are delicious just better communication would make this place 5 stars.
Our office had been looking for a decent new-to-us place for our daily lunch orders, someplace with twice the bang for our buck and half the bad attitude. Someone came up with Paul & Eddy's. What a revelation! The food is always good, the order is always correct, the portions are generous and the service is unfailingly friendly and prompt. As if all this weren't enough, they deliver, and right on time! Paul & Eddy's - where've you been all our lives? Highly recommend!
I ordered pizza on door dash. After waiting for my order, then confirming order and stating someone was there to pick it up. They cancelled so I had to order from somewhere else no apologies nothing. Very disappointing
So today March 28th 2022 I ordered pizza from paul and Eddie’s because we got a flyer in the mail saying they were celebrating thirty years, we waited 45 minutes for a large Hawaiian pizza and the first time it was burnt and so hard you could go knocking on doors with it the when we called and asked if the pizza was meant to be like that they said no and they apologized and said they were going to send a new one we waited another 20 minutes and it was worse than the first one and then when we called again to ask if they were playing a joke or something they said the first one was not burnt and so the second one wasn’t either, this was so frustrating and annoying and the level of ignorance they had was insane I can’t believe they’ve been in business for 30 years with that customer service and that food never ordering again. $2.50 for HALF meatball.... $2.50 for HALF bacon, which was on 2 slices, (same price as full pie). $2.50 extra cheese? If that's extra cheese..... I'm glad I ordered extra cheese! The tomato was the only thing worth the topping price and even $2.50 for it was steep! Burned and not even cooked underneath. Very disappointed ? I had it years ago and was excited to go here again. Very disappointed.
Sad to say the quality’s been going downhill lately. I thought the first dud was a fluke but tonight’s pizza came burnt, thin, and the cheese was non-existent. It’s a shame because they used to be our go-to for take out pizza.
This place has been my go to for about 2 years and I really do like the pizza. However, the reviews about burning are often true (I just never minded that much, it is brick oven after all) the cause for the low review is that I have been forced to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to almost 30 minutes for my pizza to be done when picking up. Sometimes on busy days, sometimes when they are obviously slow. Another time, there was a silverfish on my pizza box (disgusting!) and once a piece of a metal can in my pizza. In addition, many employees didn't wear their mask, even at the height of the pandemic with a statewide mandate
We had an event on November 16th and we order 10-15 pies on the 14th and they were ready in time honestly I thought it would be last minute thank you Eddie for making the pies and delivery your the best I guess the pies are an extension of you
Nice pizza stop, inside is comfy and the employees on top of their game and very prompt. As a avid pizza muncher from Long Island, this is some good stuff, crust was perfect and overall was super delic. Thanks for the solid pizza! Turn around time of about 20minutes.
Don’t waste your money at the over expensive over hyped places. Get pizza here!
