Came in today to treat myself to a nice day out. The panera where I live has gone down hill but this one was great! The employee who took my order was extremely pleasant to talk to. I have some mental disorders that can make me a little strange to deal with, but he made ordering very upbeat and happy. I am easily overwhelmed and distracted but I was able to tell him exactly what I wanted easily because he took the time to make sure he had my attention. My food was absolutely amazing. I almost always get the same thing, and it may have been even better here than any other panera!
During the school year my food was stolen at least once by presumably high school kids. The rapid ick up card was behind the counter. I arrive today before going to urgent care for possibly strep (neg Covid home test). My food was stolen. Within maybe 5 minutes of it being ready. This is an extreme inconvenience put the thing back behind the counter and make people show you an ID. I’m all for the less fortunate getting fed but not for me having to wait every time for my food to be remade because someone stole it. This is extremely unacceptable. Put the Rapid Pick Up Back Behind the Counter.
you know Panera Breads food is always fantastic without a doubt n I hv no problem ever paying for what I ordered but when your lunch bill is 16bucks and you ordered their delicious turkey sandwich w/bacon avocado lettuce tomato w/a yummy drink and then you open your sandwich to take a look at the preparation and see just a "small dollop" of turkey meat on each side that's a problem smh I ordered a "turkey" sandwich w/bacon and avocado and not a bacon avocado lettuce and tomato sandwich!
A Panera Bread branch that definitely has "that" Cafe feel! It is an aesthetically pleasing place that has plenty of product availability. There's plenty of seating with natural lighting!I do wish there was more Tea & coffee availability, as there were only a few types of each available that were mostly neutral in nature.
They always get something wrong, last time it was the size of the drink I got. Ordered and paid for a large and they gave me a small. Time before that my sandwich was on the wrong bread and was missing a protein. Sucks because I like their food if they can just make it the way I order
Had a fantastic mommy-son date today - this location was clean and had high chairs for us to use! The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, making faces at my baby and helping me navigate a lunch out with a small kid. Alexis in particular was super welcoming! Didn't think I would come away from a Panera with raving reviews, but there you go. The staff here are top notch people.
I've never had a problem with the food, but the staff is awfully rude and I always have to wait a long time for my order, even when I do a "rapid pickup" online. I'm not impatient, and honestly don't mind the wait, it's just the rudeness from the employees. Every time I go to this Panera location, I leave frustrated and annoyed. Definitely would not recommend you try this Panera. Would probably be worth it to drive to the next town over instead?
Big fan of Panera but every time I include a cookie in my order from this location they forget it. It’s unfortunately become my usual routine to pick up my online order, look in the bag, and then go to the front counter to get the rest of what I paid for.
They are so close to my new apartment and the staff is great! Best Tomato soup ever <#
The food and staff are good. The store needs a remodel it’s outdated and dirty. The drink machine was gross and has mold. The restroom smells and has a weird old look.
