Worst McDonald's bathroom I have ever seen. Dirty with out of service handicapped stall.
The young gentleman who retrieved my order reminds me of when I general managed a McDonald's he was extremely professional ?
Went to drive thru today, it was really busy, but service was SO quick and super friendly. Very happy with my experience there.

This McDonald’s is the absolute best I have ever been too and I am very well traveled. The way they train newer employees allows them to catch on very quickly. Not to mention the heavy traffic at all hours of the day- the customer service is very good. I wouldn’t usually leave a review on a chain business but this place is such a positive experience I had too.
Went there to grab a quick bite on the way out for the kids. My wife insisted we go through the drive thru against my own views of they always screw up the order. We ordered a mcdouble and 2 fries. Paid at the first window, and an employee confirmed in the second. Of course the order only had the fries in it because God forbid getting the order correct would take a miracle.
As with many places in the Hamden area, not great customer service or attention to detail. Drive thru workers who hans you your food need training. As soon as I pull up the bag is shoved out that window without asking me if I need ketchup. I ask for a bunch of ketchup, I'm given only three packets. The fries were out in the bag almost upside down with half the fries in the bottom of the bag.
Cashier was rude, on her phone, slams my change on counter and tossed my burger and fries to me when it was finished.. no one was behind me and I felt like i was rushed to the side so she could go back on her phone...Very lame...
Place is gross they don't really clean
Just ordered my food and got one of my cheese burgers like this. Would they at least place the burgers nicely instead of being all rushed like this. Never ordering burgers there again if their going to be like this???
