really not all that good.mold was on the ceilings and floors, as well as trash and stains.quite unsanitary and downright gross.our waiter reeked of cigarettes and marijuana.but she was nice as well as the other girl that served us.our youngest boy and oldest daughter ordered the minion pancakes.they are banana flavored pancakes with banana pieces, eggs, bacon and a sausage.they said it was wayyy to sweet and really really gross.neither of them finished their food.i ordered the blueberry french toast and was good, but most of the blueberries were smashed or wrinkly.french toast was good, syrup was watery and nasty.we also got an avocado toast that was the worst toast I have really ever had.it was just bread with randomly sliced avocado slices and pieces of tomato.no seasoning, bread wasn’t even toasted.and one nasty square of hash brown.we will not be returning.
Family didn't like the food, service was ridiculously long to get drinks and food. 20 minutes to get someone to the table is not good service. Will I go back, I think not!
Staff was quick and attentive, large groups and kids did slow them down, but didn't feel forgotten. Radio is, or at time of visit, was on a set playlist. While music choices were clean, family friendly and good, easily noticing I heard the same song 4 times over the course of my hour visit was unsettling. Food was well made and menu clearly stated what drinks were free refills and which were like $4 a glass (weird times we live in).
My cousin's favorite place to meet and eat locally. There are a variety of meal choices to satisfy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner appetites.
Despite the good food, the service on that particular day we visited was substandard with nearly a 30 minute wait to be waited on and just about as long to be served our food. Business was light and plenty of staff were on hand, just not managed properly with little regard for customer service.
I was there this past Saturday and it was one of my worst experience in a restaurant, I was waiting for my food for over an hour and 45 minutes, the table next to me that was there for 30 minutes got their food before me and when my food came in it was reheated, it was so hot that I couldn't even touch the tomatoes or the lettuce. It seems my food was ready a log time ago but my waitress forgot about our table. It's kind of ridiculous that they give you a table and you have to wait over 30 minutes for the to ask I you need anything and then make you wait even longer... IHOP you need to get better employees or yo need to trained them better.
Called and asked to place a to-go order and the woman on the phone said yes I could just give her a minute and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and when I went in I was told I couldn’t place a to-go order on the phone and to use to online site which also wasn’t working and no one could take the time of day to help me. It’s worth driving to the Orange location they are much more efficient with workers who want to help.
We had such a great meal tonight and Maurice our waiter was the best!! We will definitely be back especially to see Maurice,, what a great asset he is to IHOP!!
This establishment has a A rating which means it's clean, food is at proper temperature, and food is stored as per rules and regulations for restaurants. So if your in the area stop by, you won't be disappointed. Look for the A rating from the health dept on the front door!! Great job Ihop!!
Went for all you can eat pancakes after my 2nd order dude brought the check over to my table and was like thanks for coming. I said to him I want another stack and I never got it. Dude never came back to my table either.
