Located by Quinnipiac and Sleeping Giant State Park, this quick stop for healthy food was perfect. We ordered a make your own salad and a teriyaki bowl. Both were made efficiently given the weekday lunch rush. Limited indoor and outdoor seating, easy to pay and respectful of food allergies. Pricing is fair, given the current market and staff was friendly. Parking lot for the plaza is "tight", but manageable. Definitely hoping to return in the future.

Great bowls - the Bobcat and Buddha bowls were incredibly good. Fresh and super tasty! Fast pickup too.

I love eating here, always get the BUDDA Bowl or a protein smoothie. Absolutely amazing and the staff is great, very friendly. Only thing they need to do is add vegan protein such as tofu, seitan, tempeh or such. I’ve been asking for months maybe a year and I know I can’t be the only one that is
The only downside I can say about this place is I wish it was closer to where I live in Hamden! You get a ton of food for the price and if you don't like anything from the menu, you can easily make your own salad. The staff is very nice and I'm usually in-and-out within 2-3 minutes. The food is fresh, clean, and very healthy. I get it almost once a week and a great option for those working from home!
Love Fresh Greens and Proteins! My friend introduced me to this place(she goes to the one in Watertown) and I've been hooked ever since. Everything is fresh and delicious. I'd like to eventually try everything on the menu, but the burrito bowl(with chicken) is my favorite and I order it every time! I also really enjoy the date night shake and pecan pie smoothie.Friendly staff(could use some work on the mask wearing) and great set up.Please, please open earlier-I would love to get a smoothie before work! And please, please stay open later so I can get some dinner after work!
