Ridiculous. Three same orders over the course of seven months couldn't be completed and this is my third time I had an order cancelled.
Terrible. Couldn't even mix the macha tea properly, I had clunks of green macha. No food options either. The customer service is also sub-par, and treat customers as second thoughts.
The coffee taste burnt they do not carry bran muffins
I have only used to drive through. I have gotten into line maybe six times. I have left out of the line for the six times. It has got to be the slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced .. and I visit maybe a dozen of them in a month. This one in particular wins the prize. I'm not blaming it on them they have a very small small staff. As far as I can tell there's probably two women that run the whole show window counter the whole shebang. I try to be patient because of that but sometimes I just need to get back to work. Otherwise it is pretty good coffee is coffee as Dunkin' donuts normally is.

Employees are very disrespectful but the manager addressed it she was very hands on
Very slow service, speaker has been broken for a year, takes you 30 mins or more to order, and service/ work ethics is terrible in general. They need to hire strict and professional managers. I honestly think they do it on purpose so everyone can leave and they have zero work to do and just get paid to do nothing.
In the morning people have places to go. The ladies seems cool but they are quit slow at the drive thru. They may need more workers for the morning. Lately there have been lines there. So not sure why the owner doesnt feel the need to placing more for the mornings. Also they don't carry many things that other DDs have in the area.
Not sure if ownership or management changed drive through speaker phone has been broken for more than a month you in drive through longer than u need to be the coolatta machine is down sometimes and they always out of something
They are the only Dunkin donuts in Newhaven that can make coffee it's always prefect there always nice it's a small location but they do there thing the manager there is very nice never been unhappy
