The staff members desperately needs go through a basic “customers focus” training The blonde hair girl has zero professionalism and even she is not safe to be there. By the bad behavior she demonstrated, my 4 years old kid really scared.

Two days in a row I did the drive up window and both times I received either the wrong order or negative commentary from the same female worker, light skin with thick hair in a ponytail. Horrible customer service from her EVERY time I encounter her. From slick comments calling customers SPICY when they return incorrect orders to cutting me off rudely when I am placing an order to not wanting to give me napkins after spending $8-$10 per order. I hope the owners read reviews because you have just lost my business and I am spreading the word about this location at state and ridge near the DMV.

There is an employee who works at this location, I wish I got her name, but she’s about 5”6’ brunette or dirty blonde hair and has a black eye on the left side of her face and she is NASTY!! I had to skip the drive through because it was pouring and I couldn’t hear her. When I pulled up she rolled her eyes, had a bad attitude and when I was apologizing for driving straight up she said “you gonna order or not” ummm not anymore! I even asked her why she was talking to me Like that and to stop. Disrespectful, nasty and completely unprofessional. They hire anyone these days.

Worst Dunkin out there, always out of something, cream,donuts, meat for sandwiches, napkins it's always something. New owners are horrible always yelling at staff in dining area or just sitting on their butts and doing nothing. I see they won't even help there there staff when there short handed or slammed with customers. I think all they want is everybody's money instead of having a good business.

Hands down best Dunkin I love all the workers always so nice and make the drinks good!

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst one i have ever been to!! No matter what time of day I go ....there could be 1 other car in the drive thru and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get my order and I usually just order 1 coffee and going inside is just as bad the employees are always very unattentive because they are too busy talking to eachother....very colorful language too...thats great when customersare in the store!!!

Went to grab a pumpkin donut, a huge sign on the door No Mask No Service… ok that’s fine I go back to get a mask in my car, go in and the manager behind the register standing there with her mask half off!? Why did I waste my time to go get the mask if the employees aren’t wearing theirs correctly. Seemed dumb to me I manage 2 stores and I don’t make my customers wear them for that reason, if my employees can’t wear them all day properly then I’m not going to insist my customers to wear them.

The girl in the red hair obviously needs to be retrained.

Like all Dunkin Donuts, the donuts and coffee are good!!

Would like to see customer service improve. Not quite sure of why the chance of staff, but walk in or drive thru is 20 minutes to get your order. Suggestion from this frecuent customer; is to have at least half staff with experince to help the rest of staff during in the peek times. Have manager on the floor to help move orders along and model customer service attention.
