The place was clean, the workers friendly. None of the workers were touching the food with dirty gloves. Will definitely go back when I'm working in Hamden.

This early morning staff was kind enough to take my orders and rush those of my wife's who I had dropped off for a rideshare to Hartford Hospital that had arrived shortly after I placed both orders. This flexibility, patience and on the moment thinking prevented both my wife and her coworker from being further delayed than they already were in this bad snow storm.
Asked to use the restroom, but they (rudely) said it is closed due to COVID.. so you can stay open to sell food/drinks but won’t let people use the bathroom? Please explain
My wife went there on 12/22/2021 we order 2 lattee,the place had like 8 guest.The 2 employee where over whelmed. working hard ,They kept asking for help from the manager Nina.She yelled wait !!! they going to have to wait.After 15 min she came out with a attuide.We waited 26 min for 2 latte .And then Nina slammed the lattee on the table.Never will return .Very on called for .Im a multi unit District manager are job ,is to take care of the guest.
Terrible attitude at this location and very irresponsible management. They didn't bother to put signs up on either bathroom even though neither bathroom men's or women's had any toilet paper, didn't have any soap in the men's room, and didn't have any paper towels in the women's room, in the midst of a pandemic where soap is kind of a critical issue.When I pointed out to them the very severe disservice they were doing to customers by allowing them to go in the bathroom with no warning when there's no toilet paper both employees working the morning shift at 6 AM made it very clear that they were already aware of the issue and when i said they should put signage on the doors, they said people would go in anyway (okay lazy employees, nice excuse). They continued to make excuses about how they didn't see me which is why they didn't warn me (which considering they had their back to the door the entire time I was in the establishment leaves me wondering how many other customers they did this to). It took 3 rounds of back & forth while they continued to dismiss the problem before they even bothered to take any responsibility and apologize for the fact that they did that to customers knowingly. Trash excuse for a DD.
The woman who did my bagel wrong twice was very rude. Short, Caucasian woman with a short pony tail. Was so rude I love everyone else there but because of her I would never go back.
