I wish I can give this place no stars! This lady is being lazy and complaining about the food I ordered , while Im waiting ! The uber machine is going off and they said they weren't doing them! This is unprofessional to me and everyone getting food here.
It was awful yesterday , messed up my order of sandwiches and today messed up m uh coffee. Head no on mocca, I should've just drove away.?
Absolute worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Bagel bites were clearly made by Helen Keller. Overcooked, rock hard, and no cream cheese in the middle. A pure waste of my money. Unacceptable
So I went inside this Dunkin' donuts on skiff Street around 11:45 this morning and I went to the counter I waited I was never acknowledged I looked up at the camera still waiting never acknowledge. Then I walked over tours where the oven area is where we go for picking up mobile orders and I stood there still never acknowledge the gentleman that was working has glasses on he was having a personal conversation there was earpiece like a headset attached to his phone. Having a conversation he walked towards the oven took food out walk back never acknowledged me the girl made dreams she had braids and beads she never wants to look never acknowledge me. Mind you when you walk in a ringing goes off to let someone know that someone has walked in and walked out nothing they weren't and amused or removed to taking any customer orders on the inside very poor experience and I just really wanted my coffee
I just went to Dunkin’ Donuts on Skiff Street after the gym and I went to order an iced latte. Keep in mind I never order iced lattes I always just order coffees but I saw they had the new cake batter flavor and I was really excited to try it. The woman in the drive-through asked what kind of milk I wanted in my latte and I said I don’t know whatever comes with a latte and she goes how are you gonna order one and not know what kind of milk you want. And I left. I didn’t even order it was the rudest drive-through experience I ever had. I never leave reviews but I felt this needed one
It was only two people in there and they both were working the drive through and I was the only one inside and when they took care of me they did it with a nice attitude and were very friendly.
April 30, 2022 around 0930 I went to this location after doing a fasting blood draw. Upon my arrival I received some of the worse customer service I have ever received at any Dunkin’ Donuts. When I spoke to the person at the drive-thru, trying to complete my order, he was nasty and very rude, stating that they are taught to rush people’s orders because they have to move quickly. There was no other car behind us in the drive-thru. I was not angry, I never raised my voice, the staff was rude and I would not put it past them to spit in my food so I left and went to another Dunkin’ Donuts. I will never purchase food from this place again and I will go as far as reporting them to the corporate office.
Waited for nearly 20 min just to get my order taken from the drive thru, just to wait again for another 15 minutes to get the wrong food and the cashier acts like it my fault that they gave me the wrong food and I’m missing some of the food that I paid for. These people are terrible. Horrible experience. I would give a negative score if I can.
literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to they don’t make your drink or food till after you’ve paid at the window
Not good at delivering accurate orders, received wrong munchkins and asked for a bagel with cream cheese on the side. I don’t mind that they put the cream cheese on the bagel but why so little? Disappointed and won’t be back to this location.
