This was my second time there, having a meatball sub. The first one was very good. I don't know what went wrong with the second one but it seemed to have too much oregano dumped in the mix it was overpowering I could not finish my sub. Maybe because it was the end of the shift and you guys are getting ready to close I don't like complaining but I just want someone to know that my mail was ruined I will give you guys another try and hopefully I will have the tasty meal I have the first time. This was my first time going to a DiBella's store. The employee was helpful explaining the options and made placing my order simple. I got the 10 inch turkey, swiss, honey mustard on wheat. The bread itself was very good and tasted bakery fresh. Otherwise, I was given little portion of meat which looked nothing like the subs in their ads. For the price it just was not worth it. Also, there should be more detail to store appearance. Walking on sticky restaurant floors is not inviting. Won't be returning.
Pretty good subs. Not as much variety as a place like Subway but probably fresher. Friendly staff though a believe I heard one of the employees use a version of the n word when talking with a fellow employee. People really need to pay more attention to what they say in public and be mindful of others who don't want to hear that sort of language, especially if you are working near customers

Super fresh ingredients and clean location. Unfortunately both of our sandwiches were dripping wet soggy. Really a shame that everything except the execution was on point.
Both ordered in person and through delivery multiple times, and every time it has been an amazing experience. From decent service to delicious food made quickly, and all for a great price! Highly recommend for sub cravings!
When a 3rd party delivery order is completed please put in the pick up area immediately.Was in line for 10 mins to pick up an order that was ready when I walked in . smartazz remarks as I walked out as well .be smart you never know who’s who /what
I ordered on the app and picked it up. The order was made fast, and was ready ahead of schedule. The sandwich was nicely made and had the perfect amount of meat and toppings. I especially love the bread. Overall a delicious, fresh sandwich!
Too many new people working, they did not listen to my order and messed it up. They messed up many online orders that day too. They need to listen more and read what they wrote for an order.
