Overall fine experience, but there was one person working the counter even though there were many people on staff.Slow to order, but otherwise fine experience.
I always get Nantucket Nectars Apple Juice with my order and this is the second time while drinking it, I've noticed it started fermenting at the bottom. I order Chipotle online to have it delivered more than coming in store. It's hard to notice, but you will when you start drinking it.If your juices are starting to ferment I'm pretty sure this is a problem. It was fine drinking half the juice, but towards the bottom I got a mouthful of slime. The first time I let it go, but I am inexplicably disgusted it happened again. Truth be told, I should've inspected my drink better, but when you're hungry you tend to bypass that. Plus this shouldn't be happening in the first place.Now I'm second guessing how the food is prepared here and how clean this restaurant might not be.
This place is one of the better Chipotle restaurants we have been to. It is clean and the portions are not small. They pay attention to the details there.
I FELT BULLIED. Totally. Terrible customer service. The the person behind the line named Estelle was extremely rude. I place in order online that was supposed to be ready at 9:30 pm. I sat and waited patiently for like 20 minutes…. All the while I'm watching as they are serving people that's just walking in. I asked her ...Estelle The status of my order.. And she stated that That they hadn't got to it yet. So I asked her why it wasn't ready? they literally took and filled 7 orders that were waiting in line that haven't paid at the time my order was placed....And I have already paid for my order which is supposed to be ready at 9:30. She stated that minors can not work past 9 o'clock and that this is all the people that she has and that I need to wait. She then insisted that if I wanted to hire people for her I'm welcome to do it. I asked her her her name and she said with a smirk and a very big smile it is Estell....would you like me to spell it.....So I didn't ask her what was the status and then she told me that they were now out of steak . And I would have to wait 20 minutes…. Yet i literally just obeserved 6 orders of steak ordered and filled while i was waiting within that 20 minutes.. So why do I have to wait when a mine was already paid for. She was extremely rude And I heard her say that I can wait with a laugh and a smile to her coworkers and they started laughing… she made wait until literally 9:58 PM to get my food… yet when I got the Steak they still waited a while to serve the steak to me And make matters even worse one of the orders didn't even have steak in it anymore if replaced it with chicken without my permission... I'm wishing for a reach out.. Either this way or corporate I'm sending an email as well. The attitude was totally unacceptable and I wish that cameras will be viewed.
The staff was friendly enough, but 7 people working behind the counter with only one actually making orders. I saw at least 4 people walk out while waiting in line.I doubt it is no exaggeration that the food service area, counters, tables and floors had probably not been wiped down since opening this morning.MANAGEMENT is severely failing in leading the frontline employees on best practices for food service and processing customers in an efficient manner. Not a good look for the Chipotle brand.Won't return because of the condition of the restaurant.
I frequently order from here on Doordash and I can’t even tell you how many times they’ve messed up the order or forgot things. My entire burrito bowl didn’t come today and now I have no dinner because it closes soon. It was on the receipt and everything and they simply didn’t add it.
I ordered brown rice with black beans and chicken.. I had that topped with mild salsa and sour cream. The service was good and the food was delicious. I also ordered a bag of chips with my rice bowl and ended up paying under $13. Just be sure to avoid the items that they charge extra for like guacamole if you want to save a few dollars.
Tables were all messy. Had to clean one just to eat there. My server was nice and helpful, but of the 7 employees I saw working, only 2 (two) of them were properly wearing their masks. The rest had them right below their noses (which defeats the purpose of wearing one) and there was 1 (one) that had no mask on at all. Not good. They must do better especially when they're dealing with food.
Busy location dealing with very detailed online orders. Staff is in good spirits and works well together. Trying to keep up with the messes customers leave on some tables, but could use a few more hands....
I ordered online, went in at the pick up time and they hadn't even started yet. I haven't been there in a couple years and was so excited to show my mom. It was very disappointing to open and see how small the burrito was. The other things we ordered were good. Just beware, if you don't like lots of spices or spicy food, don't go there.I wish the app would tell you how spicy the meats are and also the topping like salsas.
