If you live in, or are visiting southern Hamden, and get a craving for Chinese, China Wok is the place to go to, or call. They are currently set up for take out or delivery only due to COVID, but they ordinarily have eat-in capability. Their food is quite good, whether you're going for quick and easy or fancy. Their "house special" variants are worth the mark up. The portions are nicely generous. China Wok has been our go-to for Chinese food for 18 years now.

The food here is really good! It’s fresh and made to order, I have gone here several times and never had a problem. There is no place to eat in and it kinda looks like a dump with the partitions set up for COVID but the food is still good! I recommend them if you’re in the area
I made an order 2 hours ago to call and have them tell me I had to wait 20 more minutes. I canceled the order I don’t want cold food. I asked would you eat cold food the guy answered yes we eat old food .. What kind of answer is that. I will never order from them again.. wasted money and time.. the food is not all that great anyway.. simply bad customer service.
The place looks like a prison or worse and then they want to sit here and charge you 2 dollars for Sauce price gouging watch your money guys and look at your bill
