Always so miserable and rude and the food isn’t even good. Smhh
I usually order from here but I will not anymore. I had placed an order online and had an issue. I then called the place and the lady had an horrible attitude. Not only did she have an attitude before I can get my words out she hung up on me. I called back and asked her did she hang up on me she said yes. I always order from here but I won't anymore. They just lost a customer they don't deserve the one star.
They dont take card so you have to order online they charge extra online fees and they got the whole online menu backwards I thought i was ordering chicken wings and fried rice and it ends up being chicken mixed vegetables and i was allergic to some of the vegetables they had in it and i asked if i can get chicken wings instead the food was still closed not touched and they said no i been gone a hour and i was only gone 5 minutes i literally work down from there like 1 minute away
2 hours wait for a small delivery...kept calling and lady kept saying on the way...when they finally showed up I refused to take it sorry get out my face..I was hangry that day
On 3/31/22,I had the worst experience trying to order from China Chef, the women answering the phone this evening was extremely DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE I wanted to pick up a meal on the way home- she’ asked me cash or card, I said card, she said you pay online. I told the women I was close by can I place my order and pay when I get there, she said, “You pay online! THIS IS NOT A CORNER STORE, you pay online. I said, “excuse me!” AND SHE REPEATED THIS IS NOT CORNER STORE! I said this is the rudest response, and the women proceeded to hang up on me! The food is actually pretty good! But the service is a Horrendous Nightmare! Good luck!
Best Chinese in hamden. Very popular and busy but the woman taking orders is amazing juggling phones and orders.
As far as customer service, food quality, and temperature China chef is the best around.Also they’re consistently good.
Veggie Lo Mein. Wish there were more variety in vegetables added ro the dish
I've been ordering from here since I moved here never had a problem until this evening as my rice is still hard and my soda is outdated by a month exactly. Lost me as a customer today!!
