Gave it a three star because the service was excellent !!!!But the food was mediocre at best. Hate to say that about a place .
honestly very disappointing! as someone who enjoys eating out at mexican restaurants, this one is by far the worst i’ve ever had. for starters, it is a mexicali type cuisine. if you want something close to the genuine thing i would go to either puerto vallarta in orange/milford or toritos in north haven.the inside is very tight. the tables are close together, and it only seems like they have limited tables inside. the atmosphere is not cute as the bar and dining area are not separate. you are close together so it’s like everyone could hear your conversation. it took a while to be waited on. the waiter seemed to be running everything himself (poor guy).as for the food itself, just awful. i ordered the steak fajitas and you can choose from any 3 sides: i chose rice, beans and guacamole. at any other restaurant, they would bring you your plate of rice and beans, but they gave me this small bowl filled with boxed goya rice that tasted awful and bland, and they practically mixed my beans in it! the steak in the fajitas had a funky smell to it, and since i was eating it with the tortilla, veggies and guacamole i did not realize until after that it may have been spoiled. they give you a small portion of meat, and most of it is practically just fat and burnt.again, very disappointing :( i do not recommend this place. i give it 2 stars for the fries my mom had with her burger
Haven't been here in years. But with limited options available after our hike at 2pm on a Monday we decided to go here for lunch. Couldn't be happier, the service was great. Amazing lady behind the bar took care of us. The street corn is some of the best, I could eat it every day. The quesadilla could've used some more cheese, and flavor could've been better on something's but nothing a little salt n pepper couldnt help with. I would definitely go here again maybe after some golf or a hike.

Always a good time and great service from the friendly staff. Menu has been updated so I'll have to try food the next time I visit. This time we went for margaritas - the house margaritas never disappoint.Update: food is really good. New owners so support!!

Horse was in nice shape but they recently had cut the grass so there were a lot of grass on The Fairway. Later in our around they were taking the long chain and leveling out the fairway so it made it much better. Not happy with waiting for the group in front of you to get to the first green until you hit. Didn't think that made any difference never heard that before in all my years of playing.
First off... amazing restaurant name! Everything was delicious. Still dreaming about those tacos and the skinny margarita!
Stay away. Horrible food. Stoned waitress spilled greasy chili on husband's dress shirt when we stopped by to kill time before a wedding.
