Very disappointed! There's hardly any meat in the sandwiches, unlike the past.
Never have picked up a sub here on time. It's usually 5+ minutes late on a good day. Just stop online orders if you're going to wait until I come in to start my sandwich.Edit: to the owner, I'm not reaching out to you via email. My complaint is right here.
Great place to grab a sub sandwich. My favorite sub place was Subway now its Jersey Mikes like their subs because of fresh meat n veggies that go on their sandwiches. If we're hungry for someSubs its going to be Jersey Mike's.

Preferred over other shops. Very attentive crew who gets it done, but on our first visit to this location, my wife's sub was incorrectly treated with the wrong bread. Everything else was great.
I ordered a steak and cheese with extra extra green peppers. Got home started eating it and my tongue started swelling and face also. Opened the sub and there were onions on it. So wasted money on a sandwich I can’t eat and had to use an epi pen that costs $247 and I have to go to MA to get it. No satisfaction from the store in Groton.
Everyone was friendly and accommodating but what I saw was not good. An employee was making a tuna sub and the lettuce that fell off the tuna onto the board was collected back up and put back into the bin of lettuce!!!! What if someone has a seafood allergy or some of that lettuce sits too long in the tub and turns rancid?! As far as I’m concerned the whole tub of lettuce is now contaminated and should have been tossed. This wasn’t good at all. Do these employees go thru proper food handling classes or just on the job training? Experience ??
I ordered two giant club subs. My friend Jenn ordered two giant italian subs. All were well prepared to order, very good subs on good italian bread. (the slightly chewy kind, not the soft ones). I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole store and the staff is very well trained, very neat and clean store. It was very busy, and the staff stayed on point, and everything was done in a reasonable time. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Having a good, well trained and plesant staff is important, as well as having enough staff. They have both at this location. Definitely highly recommend! Kudos!
First time here....I walked in, they were NOT busy and looked like there was plenty of staff. I asked for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with NO lettuce. Not only did it come with the nasty shredded lettuce it was drowning in ranch dressing. Not impressed.
