the meal was ok, i mean its a f. cheeseburger right?? service was very slow due to this large size knuckle - dragger yapping with this old white broad instead of working

Food is good. Restroom is fairly clean. Plenty of parking. Like the look and vibe. They got our order mixed up though and we had to figure out who's order was the burgers we got.

This place is pretty good. We ordered ahead and food was ready when we arrived.

We went around 9. They close at 10. They were busy. We were not easy orderers. Kept changing our minds. The gentleman that helped us couldn't have been more patient and kind. After we ordered and paid we asked about drinks at which point he went even more above and beyond. Now the food. You never know what you're going to get when your that q$$hole that shows up so close to close. It couldn't have been better! Cajun fries were on point! Burgers were juicey and loaded with all our toppings. Thank you five guys staff for making our experience one for the books. We sat and ate and they didn't give us dirty looks or anything for cutting it so close to their close ! We will be returning customers for sure

You better leave a tip! I purchased 1 French fry and 1 double burger for a total of $17.26 with No drink. When asked by the point of sale system if I wanted to tip I responded no. Call me old fashioned but I tip 20% only when I’m being served at a table. 5 guys is known for serving their fries with an over flow at the bottom of the bag. Not this time, I received barely 8 oz cup of fries. Coincidence? Maybe. Bad service for sure.

The food has recently seen prices skyrocket in Five Guys, for my daughter and I to eat it was 33 dollars, for 2 hamburgers 2 drinks and a regular fry to share. They told me they were out of tomatoes, but somehow both burgers had tomato on them(one of them wasn't supposed to.) Overall the good was good as usual, and a quick fix for dinner, but there are definitely cheaper options.

We visited five guys yesterday and got some burgers and fries. This is the first time we have visited a Five Guys in a while and when we ordered we were not aware the burgers are a double beef patty burger by default. My husband got an extra patty and unknowingly ended up with a triple burger! I wish the menu specified this, but the burgers were both large and very good. We also got the fries and true to what people say, they put an insane amount of fries in the bag outside of the usual white cup. Along with probably the best Gold Peak sweet tea from the fountain, we had a really good lunch. It is a fairly expensive burger and fries, but the quality is there. I'd give it a shot if you are looking for a VERY filling burger and fries.

Had a cheeseburger and fries. Both were good. Waitress was nice, however, she charged me for 3 fries when I only wanted one. She did correct the error when another employee pointed it out. She also apologized. All that being said, the burgers were ok, however, not worth the $10.99 that I paid. Also, I kept being told all the toppings were "free". They are not free, they are added into the cost of the burger! And, you cannot get a single burger either, you must get a double. I noticed that if I wanted a bacon cheeseburger, it would set me back another $3 bucks. The fries were quite good, yet again, I felt they were over priced at $4 and change for a medium order. They do give you a large portion on the fries, so possibly the cost is ok. Overall, ok. Unsure the cost is justifiable. You can judge for yourself if you decide to try it out.

My mother and grand mother wanted some good burgers ? so I went with five guys cause they never fail needless to say they it was a excellent choice.

I give it only a 3 because the staff are friendly and the place is clean, but the amount of times they get the toppings wrong makes it feel a bit like you are the blue headed guy is sesame street being served by grover the waiter. Missed toppings, wrong toppings, I mean, if that's all you do, how can you get it wrong so much? But will we go back? Yes, but with an inspection in the parking lot before we bring the food home.
