I am a regular Dunkin customer so I know the menu and the charges pretty well even if I change cities.I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon with extra bacon. I anticipated the $1 upcharge for the extra but was charged an additional $1. I pointed this out to the rep at the window and told him it was fine and pulled off. However, my sandwich was still half cold and crumpled. So I had to go back to the window and was prepared to ask for a fix but the rep was extremely annoyed and antagonistic so I just ask for a complete refund.When did it become ok to curse at someone when they have questions about their order? I could hear him loudly cussing in the background and referring to me as “this.” At this stage I told him I could hear him and asked him to stop.This type of customer service is the worst I have experienced. Thankfully one of his other coworkers came and rectified it professionally and without the rude language and attitude.Shame on this Rep with this type of behavior as it does not represent the other staff members. You should never let folks feel intimidated or cussed out if they have questions about their orders. Dunkin’ needs to retrain this young man.
Don't expect much when going to Dunkin. But at this location they go beyond dumb. Thanks Chris for not following simple order and also arguing about it.
Incredibly fast and hot food. They hook it up on the cream cheese too. I hate when it’s all bagel and barely any cream cheese. Other dunkin’s take notes.
This is one of the worst Dunkins I have ever been at. There coffee always tastes burnt and old. If I get donuts they stack them upside down on top of each other. They always mess up our order in some way.
Lately it seems staff isnt paying attention to orders. Like today for example, I order 2 orders of mini bagels plain and instead I get 2 orders of everything bagels. My bag even says for the plain bagels. And now I'm at work and cant go back to have this problem fixed.
Ordered a soy mocha and they gave me an original latte instead. Definitely the worst coffee experience!
Messed up the order forgot one of two cups of coffee. Hashbrowns were so salty they were inedible. Asked for a croissant without egg and it came with egg. Coffee was horrible. Espresso was actually cold. Asked for coffee with a splash of milk and I got milk with a splash of coffee. Overall, service staff was friendly but they missed the mark. Bad way to start ur morning. P
Long lines and meh service. At least this one gets the order correct 90% of the time ( we all know which Dunnkies makes our coffee right lol).
The spot i went to needs serious management attention. Until the issues are fixed, an alternative to Dunkin has been found. Please fix your donut shop problems.
Showed up at 4:57 to get my pups a treat and they told me very rudely I will add that they are closed and to go some where else. Their sign said that they were open till 5 but the girls attitude was awful. I guess I will be taking my business to the bakers dozen in gales ferry from now on. I just wanted to tell the girl that if you hate your job that much then just quit. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I wish the owners would care more about how their customers are treated or they should just sell the business to someone who cares
