Got a small ice coffee with coconut milk and butter pecan flavouring was delicious and the service was good ???
Very nice drive thru woman. They even had powdered bavarian cream donuts
Coffee order was wrong and when they fixed it my husband got a watered down nasty coffee, they couldn't take the time to remake it correctly
Soooo sloooooow. Line barely moved was late to work. Man at window had white paint on his hands or something. Please hire more morning staff and keep everything clean and sanitary.
I am a retired Restaurant manager who has lived in 5 states. I have lived on the road thanks to Dunkin Bagels, coffee, Snakin Bacon, and Boston Cream Donuts. The staff there is BY FAR THE happiest, friendliest, nicest of ANY location. I am sorry I didn’t get names, but the gal with the light accent, and the gentleman with the Dreds or braids wrapped up were awesome, and he caught a mistake that I really appreciated! Well done to the owner’s & management!
Line always takes forever, order is never right, don’t waste your time and go to the one down the street. Also they have cups, they have water, however they can’t give you water in a cup.
THE WORST dunkin I have ever been to! It’s the closest to my house and job so I go there a lot the coffee is messed up about 80% of the time I had went in yesterday to get a bacon egg on a bagel. I got home the bagel wasn’t warm and I had to re heat the egg and bacon because it wasn’t even warm. Today I went and got bagel minis they were still cold. I went back to get new ones and the ones they gave me were frozen on the inside still. At the window I had also told the cashier twice that I had my points to scan and they still processed the payment because they were to busy talking to the other coworkers. I will never go back there again. So far I have only met ONE nice employee there i believe everyone calls her KK. She’s super sweet and so kind. I DO NOT recommend going there.
Ordered my latte using the Dunkin app, "on the go" for the first time in maybe 6 months. Also visited this store for the first time in 6 months. When I got inside they said that the machine "didn't print out my slip" meaning the app took my money but I did not get my order so I had to pay again. The girl told me and showed me how to contact Dunkin to get my money back. I received a prompt response from Dunkin' donuts saying they are "working" on it. Let's see that was Sunday February 13th, Superbowl Sunday. Today is Friday, February 18th. Still have not received a refund or any more correspondence from Dunkin' donuts. Last year I used to order lattes and snacks using the app on average two times a day nearly every day. Just my luck the first time I go to use it 6 months I get ripped off.
I met Angela in the drive thru. Restores my faith is humanity. Gets paid to make my coffee but is a hype woman too. #giveangelaaraise
Need to learn what hot coffee is. Three out of my last four orders my coffee has been cold. I take a shower in water hotter than this coffee. I took this photo at 4:41.
