I have never experienced a Dunkin’ Donuts like this ever. Such awful people. I ordered my drink and as I was ordering it the guy said hold on and just started laughing at me to his workers. As I was getting my drink the lady gave me an eye roll and I didn’t even get a greeting. As I got my drink it was disgusting. I parked and went back in to get a new drink. When I walk in I over hear them making fun of the way I ordered. They literally were making fun of me for saying sorry. I have autism so not every word comes out correctly so I always apologize because I feel bad. They are nasty, rude, ungrateful people. Also I feel bad for them because they work a dunkin. But u mean clearly there attitude didn’t get them anywhere!

Unfortunately they messed up my order. Happens sometimes, its a hard order. Hazelnut iced 2 sugar 2 cream.....um maybe not that hard. It's ok. I know it's tough there with being short handed.
The worst Dunkin to ever exist... The majority of the staff are rude. They all act annoyed that you're trying to order a medium regular coffee. And when you do get something from here 9 out of 10 times there's something wrong with it.

The guys that work the morning shift are my favorite group of workers. They're so cheerful, you can tell they all vibe together well and they always nail my orders. Love this Dunkin. I won't go to any other one.
Great costumer service
Id say its a oook DD. Ive been too friendlier ones but they got the job done and they move that drive thru line pretty fast. Just need some work with a few of there employees pertaining to customer service thats all
