This store needs a union. Stopped by yesterday trying to dine in and there were three workers left to run the entire store via mobile ordering during the dinner rush on a holiday weekend. While they probably should have closed for the night due to such short staffing that quickly turned into a s*** show at the drive thru, I can only imagine the pressure to keep the place running (probably out of fear that they wouldn’t get paid?). While I used to thoroughly enjoy Chipotle, I’m saddened it is becoming just another fast food restaurant that composes the corporate American wasteland.

I'm a huge fan of Chipotle so I was super excited when this new location opened. This particular location sort of baffles me. First I'm not sure what they were thinking when they chose this location. The exit out of this location onto Toll Gate Rd is pretty awful unless you're going exactly in the middle of the afternoon. Otherwise expect to get frustrated if you're going at peak lunch/dinner hours. Second, this location to no fault of it's employees can't seem to keep it's employees. I feel like every time I go there there's new faces. And this is possibly the reason why there's so many reviews, including my own, which says they consistently mess up online orders. I would suggest going inside rather than ordering online if you want all your condiments on your food. I still give this location 3 stars, but solely based on the fact that the food is still Chipotle, and the people who work here do give huge, massive portions (except for maybe when you order online...). Some previous reviews have said it tastes off compared to other Chipotles, but as a customer of Chipotles at every city I go to, I honestly feel like the food is fine. I would still go here, but just during off peak hours and only order in-store, and you'll have a typical Chipotle experience.

If I could give no starts or negative stars I would. We were driving through the area on our way home and stopped to get dinner. At 7:40 the dining room was closed only the drive through pick up window was available so we ordered online and it said it would be ready at 8:00. We got in line and it took about 20 minutes to get to the window. They couldn't find our order and looked for about 10 minutes and finally found it in the list of orders. They said they were in process of finishing it. We waited about 10 minutes, horns starting honking behind us. The person came back to the window and said they were not making ours and it wasn't yet worked on. I asked if we should park in a parking spot (similar to other fast food places when orders have issues and/or take a while). They said to pull back around and get back in line. Terrible idea - we ended up in a line of about 12 cars. Fast forward an HOUR and we are finally back at the window. The woman working was very rude. I said it's not acceptable for this process to take over an hour to which she rudely responded. We left and finally got back on the road, as we opened our food, we realized one meal was completely wrong. They gave us no utensils and my daughter had to eat a rice bowl with her hands. I cannot believe this place can actually stay in business, now that I see the multitude of similar terrible reviews and experiences. What a complete waste of time and money. Having to drive home another 90 minutes was brutal after that debacle.

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurant except for this location. Our dinner tasted like uncooked rice mixed with porridge….very disappointed.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to In my life. Orders are consistently wrong and multiple ingredients are almost always empty every time I go. Even when items are in stock many times they are overcooked or absolutely disgusting (rotten lettuce multiple times). I would not be disappointed if they closed down. Absolute waste of a Chipotle in a much needed location.

Saturday 12 pm/1230 timeframe. Service at Drive thru was terrible. Food was late, cold, no napkins or silverware in the bag. Forgot the drink, when I asked for it she filled the cup 1/2 way and said gave a nice day. Chips were either stale or uncooked or something but they were chewy and hard to bite through. Bad look Chipotle please do better next time

There shouldn't be a restaurant where you expect your order to be wrong every time, but this is the one. The only way you'll ever get your order correct is by going inside to watch them make it personally. Ordering delivery or picking up to go is a guaranteed way to be disappointed. Also, skip the rice unless you want your burrito to be 95% rice and 5% everything else.

This hurts as a long time customer. Been devouring these outstanding bowls since I was 11. When I found out there was one in driving distance for the first time in a while i was exited. However after 5 orders and all 5 being terrible from being over charged to undercooked chips. Un-friendly employees and a un caring attitude i must bring myself to understand its just not worth it. Hopefully a different one opens with a different team.

If this is what Chipotle is it's Horrible.Everything was dry and old I had to throw it out. rice was so dry and hard. Steak was all fat. Really Disappointed. People work way too hard. Stop selling old food at 430 in the Afternoon.

Got take out tonight: no steak, not hot sauce, fajita veggies were chopped 4 times normal thickness, pico had no onion or cilantro, chicken was cold, corn was ice cold in the middle, and guacamole was dark brown throughout. Service was slow, workers were not friendly, and overall the worst Chipotle experience my family has ever had. Tried calling and no answer. Will not go back.
