Can't beat Burger King for value for money, sometimes the burgers are overloaded with sauces and look a bit squashed. Always nice staff there though, however it's one drawback is it suffers from a not too inviting and dark eat-in area, it doesn't have the warmth and cleanliness you experience at the McDonalds next door.
I don't typically go to Burger King anywhere. Tried it last night. Got a chicken sandwich, onion rings and a soda. The sandwich was tough. Costing very thick and difficult to bite into. Last I knew, onion rings are suppose to have onions. Couldn't see a one. Tasted greasy. The soda was good. NEVER again!
The food was hot which can be hard to come by with fast food so I was happy with this place
Sorry b^tches! I don't know why you keep putting Clausen type pickles on the Whopper? But you need to stop! They don't go on there! Dill pickles do! Knock it off! They taste horrible and they taint the ENTIRE burger. I recorded the call where you just said that you ran out of regular pickles, so you knew that the pickles you put on the burger didn't belong on there and you said nothing. Get it together! It's not like you make the best burgers within the entire franchise. Don't go screwing up the burgers that made the company famous.
food is never fresh, they never give me the food how I ordered it. The bread, tomatoes, and lettuce tastes like it’s going bad. The night time manager is the rudest man I’ve ever met. Just overall would not buy again.
They make you pull out of the drive thru window and park so the window timer doesn't track the car time at window and they can be super slow pretty lame
Horrible service! Avoid at all costs. Went trough the drive thru and was cut off before I finished my order and told the price and when I tried to say I was ordering more no response. When I pulled up and asked to finish my order the male staff working was totally nasty rude and cut me off again. There was absolutely no need for it. Seriously there’s plenty of other restaurants on the strip go there! I would call and complain but it’s the manager that gave us the issues. I can’t describe how nasty he was. Avoid avoid avoid!
So sick of this BK, sick of asking and paying for one thing and getting another… They really need to get it together no problem taking money for extras but not giving up the extra
Ordered a whopper with only ketchup and xtra pickles no lettuce /no tomatoes got home to get exactly the opposite. I'm pisst
Never been treated so rude in my life. I was embarrassed when the employee keep telling me I was miserable. I made a mistake when I ordered and when I realized I made the mistake I apologized and asked if she could change the order. She said she couldn’t. I had paid for the jr whopper and she said she would have to charge me for the fries and soda. So now my bill is nearly $3:00 more. She then offered me free fries and a soda. I wasn’t looking for a free anything. Just wanted her to please change the order. Again said she couldn’t. I told her to forget the order and started to leave. She then said that I had paid for the jr whopper so did I want it. At this point I turned around to get my order. She was very sarcastic and said have a blessed day, turned around and quite loud said how miserable I was. I stopped tuned around and said I heard what she said and thought it was rude of her to say that in front of all the other employees. She then started yelling at me while I walked out of the store. I know the other employees heard her. Tried to call the manager but no one answered the phone. I know this is long but I am very upset with the employees at the Groton store
