Great experience. Food was great, came out quick and staff was very friendly. Definitely will keep dining there.
Poor food. I order macaroni and cheese and got Alfredo. The window in our booth was completely covered in ants. Service was fine. Again I don't expect Michelin stars from Applebee's. I do expect to be able to enjoy my food in a clean pest free environment.
The restaurants mood and lighting is great and on my visit it was quiet and very calming, very nice staff and our waitress was outstanding. But the food isn't as great as it once was. The steak had no flavor, they used to have a seasoning and today my steak was like completely bare. It was just nearly cooked to the rarity I asked for but I'm rating 4 stars because the mashed potatoes flavor was absolutely delicious, mouth watering and I think more so because they accomodated our wishes about turning down the air conditioning because it was freezing.

For 20 dollars you can get yourself a little piece of flesh. It’s not even a full portion. I can get twice the size and actually better food for 20 bucks. Such a shame.
To start, we walked in and stood with a huge crowd of people who were already waiting to just be greeted. I asked the other people there if they are still waiting to be greeted, and some said they were there for 30 minutes waiting. Many started walking out and saying good luck to us. A few trips to the bathroom and more waiting, we were finally seated. The waitress that finally came to help us seemed to be under the influence of something. We put our orders in and while waiting, we noticed the sign that says your drink is free if the staff didn't mention the 3 drinks they were trying to advertise and sell. We mentioned that to our waitress she she came back to our table and rudely cut us off and snapped at us, that she mentioned the lemonade to us and only had to mention one drink to us. She most definitely didn't mention any of the drinks especially not the lemonade one to us. She was so abrupt it instantly put a bad taste in our mouths. This place sadly has gone down. I understand the short staffed. But at least greet us and say we will be right with you. Also the rudeness or waitress we could do without. Money these days are tight for everyone, I'd rather spend my money where it's appreciated.
The service was good but the portions were smaller than the last time i went to a different location. My strawberry chicken salad was about half the size as the one i got in Massachusetts.
If u want friendly service. Great atmosphere watching sports and some great food selections then come here. I visit at least three times a month and every time I leave happy and satisfied
Honestly...I don't hit Applebee's often. Made this trip b/c i had a gift card. But i have to say it was a pleasant experience with my wife & daughter. We had the pub pretzel sticks for an app .. they were very tasty.I got a steak for my meal which was also very good and filling AND they had A1 steak sauce....which is great as some other chains have switched to a generic version. And the triple molten chocolate cake the 3 of us shared for dessert...OMG!
Inedible food. It was so disgusting I still feel sick. The chicken on both of our entrees was hard and overcooked and tasted like it was bad. I think they used old chicken. We threw away our order. This was on 12/31.
