they didn’t put a lid on my bacon fries. i call to complain to the “manager” she offers me new fries doesn’t give an apology or take accountability at all. then she hangs up the phone. made my car filthy and i wasn’t able to eat on my lunch break because they can’t do something as simple as putting a lid on correctly.. embarrassing
Ordered at drive-thru, was told to park and someone will bring order out, didn't receive receipt, ordered 6 cookies, received only 1, drinks with no straws and a nasty workers attitude, need to better train the incompetence of the staff because I will no longer go there. I went to drive-thru and actually had to go in side to get straws, and the place wasnt busy i went at 1130am way before lunch rush,I wished I knew I only got 1 cookie instead of 6, place is wrong, 1 star is 1 too many, McDonald's it is.
Wendy’s has a great product . This restaurant is managed poorly . Skip the line the app says, order in person doesn’t matter they aren’t capable of handling the traffic.
Solid Wendos (Wendy’s) in Gtown. Their drive thru area is super tight for passing cars. This causes a lot of congestion. Other than that they are stellar.
The staff was friendly, the stairs was clean and well lit. Supplies like napkins straws and untensils were well stocked.
Always enjoy the Real food at Wendy's. From. Them Big Bacon Classic to them Apple Pecan salad. The chili just coats my tongue with flavorgasm
The wait time was not that bad. The food was packed well. Only issue we ordered the same sandwich in three different ways no markers; the should take that into account making the experience easier.
They gave me my delivery order quickly efficiently and politely with professionalism
Dropped by on Wednesday at 9:45 am to try a bunch of the new breakfast biscuts @ $1. We were told , not available but the had $3+ replacement! Drove out. We never get fast food at Wendy's... gave it a try. Perhaps in another 10 years .
Walked in to place my order and the manager milleni was not wearing a mask. I asked her why aren't you wearing any face covering while preparing people's meal she stated it's not required ????. Then why are all the staff wearing one ???so confused by her answer.I felt disgusted. Never eating here.
