*****WARNING*****Working people: steer clear!!! Very high price for a lunch spot!! $15-$20 sandwiches, drinks $3 minimum. I almost bought a $5 water bottle by mistake.I was driving through the small town hungry and having to use the bathroom. I was on the job coming from Jersey. I bought a tct burger, a Texas brisket sandwich, a vybes drink and a layered puff pastry. The prices are insane here watch out. As soon as I opened the burger it smelled like McDonald's. The brisket sandwich was creamy. They put sliced red cabbage on it. It was literally a creamy sandwich. Never thought I'd have a creamy sandwich but here I am. The vybes drink was ok kinda like a kombucha knock off. The redeeming factor was this delightful puff pastry. 7/5 won't be coming back.
Great food and beautiful space. Breakfast burrito is best around. Unique sandwiches and special touches like the local hot sauces make this a great addition. Made to order and high quality ingredients from an amazing chef is why you come, the atmosphere is why you stay and the flavors are why you come back. Support Greenwich natives in their efforts.
This is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. I wish Glenville would follow their lead and build more, similar options. They offer something a bit different from the Glenville Deli, which is also great. The Country Table offers higher end, creative options (wich came first and French Dip are amazing). It can take a few minutes for these made to order dishes, and ordering ahead online is a great option if you’re in a rush.
Really delicious and worth the wait.My only criticisms are that their prices are a little too high, but even at $7, it was my favorite bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich ever.I’d say the price of everything is $1 - $2 too expensive but the food is certainly better than G’ville Deli.
The coffee was excellent I had the light roast, the sandwich I ordered was the muffuletta was the best sandwich I’ve had in this area in years! I recommend you check this lovely place out treat yourself!Thank you JodieMichael
We’re really pleased to have this place come to the area, I think it was really needed. The sandwiches are a big portion and are made with quality ingredients on very thick hardy homemade bread! I appreciate places who you homemade quality or local ingredients. Service was good, Our meals took about 5 or so minutes to make, wasn’t long at all and we went around lunch time. They also have drinks such as lattes and treats like ice cream or baked goods( I got an apple mini pie). If you want to sit or meet people for breakfast or lunch.. Inside it has a very warm and thought out decor.. I love the window seats!
Pricey and long wait. I was excited to visit for the 1st time, but was shocked at the prices. I would estimate 35% higher than Aux Delices. Also long wait, when I was the only person being helped. I hope this feedback is helpful as I would like them to stay in business. The food was great and the people friendly.
Great food. So glad something new is here for us to try out. So good. Support our local businesses if you get a chance. YUM!
Very happy with this new addition to Glenville! We first stopped in on a Saturday for lunch - I had a fantastic custom salad and my husband a yummy grilled chicken sandwich. We then decided to order some of their prepared food for dinner - meatloaf, mac & cheese and Brussels sprouts to take up for a family weekend in VT. Frank was super helpful with the ordering process and figuring out the appropriate amount of food for 6 people. Our order was ready exactly when I had asked for pick-up. Frank put heating instructions on the bag and it was delicious! A huge hit with everyone! Simple, easy, yummy dinner when we arrived to VT; I’ll definitely be ordering again!
We’ve been looking forward to this spot opening and it didn’t disappoint! We went on a Wednesday around 2pm for lunch. Ordered some coffee and a Texas toast brisket sandwich, muffuletta and French dip sandwich. All were really delicious. The brisket was very flavorful. The sandwiches are pricey, but you can tell the ingredients used were top quality and so that’s the price difference btwn this spot and your average deli. We ate there as they had a few indoor tables and didn’t wait that long for our sandwiches - maybe 5 minutes? I will definitely go back a few times a month for food and regularly stop in for a coffee break. Excited to try other things!
