Ordered on Uber Eats. Took almost 2 hours to arrive. Bowls were lackluster to say the least. Harvest Bowl was 90% kale. Barely any rice or toppings. The chicken that was included was dry and rubbery. Goddess Bowl had only 1 slice of beet and 1 tomato (which was not an ingredient). Ordered on Uber Eats and it took almost 2 hours to arrive. I usually love Sweetgreen but the quality and portion size at this location is not up to par.

Deliveries are taking more than 1 hour and store is making all the drivers wait in the back and constantly keep telling them to wait with no wait time. Customers are complaining to delivery drivers why food is taking so long and leaving a mark on driver accounts and the restaurant is blaming the drivers. I included an image that shows all the drivers waiting in the back for deliveries most drivers waiting for two deliveries... Unnecessary wait times... if the store can't handle this many order the store needs to take a pause on deliveries

Great quality salads! My only suggestion is when you're ordering online for pick up do it in advance and when you're not short on time because I've waited over 30 minutes. Aside from that it's awesome!

Do NOT order online for pick up. You end up waiting an additional 25 minutes to get your salad. So slow.

Staff is super friendly. App needs to be more accurate/realistic with how many people are working in the day. I ordered my 1 salad at 12:20pm for 12:45pm pick up. I (and all the other 12:45 pickups) still do not have their salads. I’ve been here for 30 minutes waiting. Sweetgreen, you need to support your staff or in the least set better ordering expectations for those who are trying to plan ahead. Super disappointed.

I ordered food for take out and I was so disappointed with my food. I customized my own salad thinking how could they go wrong with that? But unfortunately I was wrong. They barely put in any toppings, some toppings they even forgot that I paid extra for. It was all literally just the arugula. If i wanted just that, I would have just bought a bag of arugula. I just moved to CT too so, very unfortunate.

I tried Sweetgreen for the very first time. This specific location is extremely understaffed and can be busy during lunch time. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order, I waited for about 30 minutes. Very understandable but I was disappointed when I found out that my orders were missing some ingredients. I ordered 2 of the Fish Taco bowls that’s supposed to have avocado, and 2 dressings (lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette + sweetgreen hot sauce) but received no avocado and neither of the dressings on one, and the other didn’t have one of the dressings. Also, the quinoa was not fresh; it was hard and stale. I was also expecting to have more in the bowl considering it’s size and price but it was only filled halfway. I’d say to skip this place for now.

I come here every weekend with my family. I came in tonight for two simple salads at 7pm an hour before closing. I was super nice and asked politely for my order. Both females working were rude, seemed frustrated and in a rush. I asked for two cups of ice which I have never had an issue getting before and I get all the time. I wouldn’t even have an issue paying for it if that’s the policy. I was rudely told that I would not be able to get the cups of ice without purchasing a drink (again, I was okay with paying for it but I wasn’t even given the option until I spoke up). Cashier rudely walked off and the other rudely told me I was all set, basically dismissing me. Now, I’m a black woman who had her small daughter with her and was treated nasty while a Caucasian couple was treated with all the respect in the world. Will definitely be spending my money elsewhere. I hope this franchise spends time better training their staff.

It was delicious! The dressing was so sweet! All the ingredients and part self the food blended well together!! Bets salad restaurant ever!!

The food from Sweetgreen is delicious....if it makes it to you.We have had issues many times with this company delivering our food to the wrong location. After not being able to call a person there, I had to use their "texting" customer service. I asked what happens if our lunches don't arrive and the response was "We will refund you." They don't try to figure out what happened or make you another one, they just give you your money back.If your policy is to only make one delivery to an outpost, then you need to be able to deliver the right ones EVERY time.
