It use to be great but last three orders were not good! First was so small I couldn’t believe it, last had nothing in the sandwich after I was specific and this last order literally had almost no roast beef. Sorry but going downhill.
Love this place and has great prices! $3 for a pack of cookies, may not sound like much but in Greenwich that is an absolute deal!!
I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich on a Portuguese roll, however, there was no bacon on my sandwich and they didn't give me a Portuguese roll. If they were out, they could have let me know and I would have ordered something different. Other than that, the food was good.
online salad menu is completely different from what they send you.I ordered the "Serengeti Salad ", but they sent me mixed greens, apples, turkey walnuts and cranberries. I called the store to let them know and they just said "sorry, I'll tell the manager" without any resolution.Not a good look for people who may have allergies not getting what they ordered.
What an amazing staff! They remember my name and give out genuine compliments....not to mention the ingredients in the sandwiches are superbly fresh. Highly recommend for lunch and coffee.
