Came to this location from Westchester county , I had wonderful experience the service was good. I didn’t feel rushed, the guy working Literally made my experience buying juice a ease!Which was a plus. Ended up buying few days worth of cleanses. Will be back!!!!
I have never been more outraged by a food/drink establishment than I have been today. My birthday, of all days. I walked in, and was unacknowledged by the staff. One was busy cleaning behind the counter and the other was assisting a customer. I assumed it wouldn’t be long till they were done, but NOPE. Their conversation continued, talking about unrelated matters, while I stood there for 15 minutes waiting in the cold dank room. I was not helped so I left highly disappointed. I will NEVER be coming here again and will tell others to do the same. The staff is incredibly rude and irresponsible. Don’t waste your time at this establishment.
So it says you're open at 10am. I placed an order Saturday morning at 1040am through Doordash. When the driver arrived she called me to say the store was closed and I need to call Doordash to cancel the order. I contacted Doordash only to have the dasher call me back literally 5 seconds after canceling my order to tell me someone just walked from their car to open the door. Meanwhile my order was canceled. You guys could serve a valuable service to people suffering from chronic pain and inflammation but you're just not reliable. I've tried multiple times to order a weeks worth of ginger shots only to find the store not open as advertised. I've gotten used to relying on the grocery store wellness shots now which are not quite as good but at least I can get them when I need them. Im not so sure I'm going to try ordering here again.. Maybe you should hire people who are responsible.

Besides the overall quality for the price of whatever I buy (food, drink, etc.) -- Customer Service and the experience is SO important to me. I wanted to try a one day juice detox type of thing, not to lose weight or anything like that; but just to re-calibrate and lightly detox. I have juiced before on my own, but didn't want to do that again for a few reasons (convenience and doing it correctly are two of many). I called PJ this AM and just asked if they had the 1 day cleanse options in stock/ready to pick up before work. Shane, who answered the phone - was BEYOND helpful in giving me insight on all three options that they have. I didn't even ask, but I am so glad he helped me out, since I ended up purchasing another one I didn't even think I'd want/need or benefit from.
Become a vip member and get great deals. The juices are 100% so and are quite nutritional. The place is small and they also have a bit of ice cream
