I told them less oil on chicken broccoli & chicken lo-mein but they put extra oil.. never ever go to that place…

The food was extremely good. The complaint relates to the packing of the take-out order. Three out of our five entrees were there. Two were not. I called and after vigorous questioning I texted a copy of the order as packed. Finally they agreed to prepare for my pickup a General Tso's Chicken and Ginger Duck. I picked it up. They did offer 10% off on the next meal. That is small recompense for a disrupted Christmas dinner of Chinese food. I was doing the freeway boogie rather than enjoying a meal with my family. And they were not particularly nice or apologetic about it.
I’ve eaten here so many times. This place is a high end Chinese food restaurant. They also have Japanese food. I consider them to be high end because the food quality is very high. Fresh, high quality ingredients. The establishment seems to be well kept and clean. I have dined in also and enjoyed the experience. Nice place for a lunch date or dinner with the family. They have great hours so I also take advantage of delivery and takeout. They make and deliver the food so fast! I’ve eaten and enjoyed the Rock Shrimp Tempura, Scallion pancakes, Teriyaki Salmon, Tai basil filet minion, surf and turf, steak and shrimp, broccoli in garlic sauce and so much more.

Every dish is extremely sweet and dry. Does not taste like Chinese food at all.
